It has made my desire hd go from a great phone (even for its age) to a unusable piece of .... phone. It needs to be fixed. one way to stop it crashing and make it usable (barely) is to remove the memory card (making many features unusable). HTC and google - get the software right the first time!!!!!

Plz tell me the internal memory coz i used Desire and I hated it coz it always went out of internal memory. I am a person who like having plethora of apps in my fone. Another option I have is Samsung Nexus S which although is slightly expensive than Desire HD but it has a huge internal memory. Also Nexus S has a very strong processor can Desire really beat that Cortex A-8 beast?

Is the official ICS firmware of desire hd already available? and if its there how do i get it because i flashed a custom rom so theres no way i can check for official updates. I wish to go back for official rom now. Please let me know how! thanks!

I'm using the Desire HD now and it's a marvelous phone but I'd recommend you go for the htc Sensation XE. It is far superior to any other phones. The price might be a bit high but let me tell you, it's worth it. It comes with a Dr. Dre solo headphone that is itself worth $299.

in my opinion the HTC is the best one one the phone and smartphone i have one desire hd but i can`t have any complains is much better with him like with any one i try the iphone and samsung but somethings missing in quality THANKS

The Android 4.x update will fix all the audio issues and about the camera I'm not sure. I'm very satisfied with the camera my self. I have made an observation, if you turn off auto focus and focus manually by tapping the screen then the resolution improves a bit. You can also go to the camera settings and increase the contrast by 2 bars and the exposure by 3 bars on the image adjustments tab.
