my experience with desire s:
* wireless signal become weak when you cover the top part of the phone with your hand.
* GPS is not working ever.
* camcorder is poor really poor specially in a closed area.
adv:
* nice size and shape design.
* great screen clarity and sensitivity.
* good performance when it become to games and other application.
in general it is a very good smartphone to buy

Which is a better buy, desire s or incredible s?
Incredible s has some better features, but when i read people's opinion i found that many incredible s users have problems with the phone(mainly about the gingerbread update) and they regret buying the phone. i wanted to buy incredible s when i saw its specs, but now i fear from software issues with it. plz advice.
also can we make video calls from desire s and/or incredible s.

Does this really have 700+MB of RAM? Did a benchmark and it only shows 286MB

It says this device has 768MB of RAM. When I did a benchmark it say it only has 286.. Is there something wrong here? Sorry, totally a newbie.

Jen, 11 Jul 2011I cancelled a Facebook photo upload but the symbol is still... morei faced same problem.....just turn off ur phone,and take off the battery for 30 seconds and then put it back and on ur phone....this shud solve the problm as it did mine...if not and then do hard reset which is not recomended if not necessary.
