Zaman, 29 Jun 2011Which one is better- HTC Desire S or Samsung Galaxy S?SGS is a flagship phone for Samsung. its a great phne in terms of screen quality n gaming purpose as the GPU is awesome. and for DS its very good overall smartphone with nice display, good GPU, big RAM, nice n beautifully crafted aluminium unibody. but the battery back up is less as compared to SGS. so it totally depends on the person who is buying the device. personally I own a DS n would say dat it is far more better in my specs than the SGS in terms of RAM, body, camera flash. and the only flaw I would suggest for DS is its low battery back up. n for ur info I would say that don't think much regarding the screen as SLCD is also a very good screen. n remember the camera flash of DS which the SGS lags.

also what i think is that HTC is bettr thn Samsung in handset life, genuinity, and a feel of Smartphone in hand! if this is what you want/satisfies you than go for HTC.

Robbie, 27 Jun 2011Hey Desire S users, For those of you who upgraded from t... moredude I think both the screens r same.... I own a desire s but havnt seen n original desire so can't say abt the screen resolution but desire definitely got the edge because of its more RAM and better GPU. if u have got the original desire then keep it as its features are still good. dnt sell it unless the manufacture can't update the latest OS.

hi, i bought this phone last week..it is awesome phone..camera is mind blowing...size is perfect...just battery performance is not so good...but i love to keep it on my hand.....thanks HTC...

Brilliant stuff and rapid operating system.

Anonymous, 25 Jun 2011great phone but the battery is below par :( just 4hrs of ac... moreI charged my phone a couple of days ago overnight and i was able to use it all day Friday and all night using Skype and downloading applications on my phone along with browsing, then was able to use it until around 1530 the following day making phone calls and facebook. So all in all it lasted me well over 36 hours and that is on one full charge. Fantastic, i honestly dont know where people get the view that the battery is crap?? Proof is in the pudding people! Trust me!! Desire S!

What is the (1)video and picture quality, (2)battery life, (3)can u put your songs for wake up clock and (4)how is the out door visibility?
