The leak is barely noticable and can also be spotted above the orange led when charging. It feels a bit like the glass shifted a bit as it isn't perfectly alined with the body of the phone. You wouldn't notice this without focusing on the issue so I don't mind this ať all if other models have this slight problem as well, I would just consider replacing a phone dropped by someone before my purchase
, that slight scratch had to get there somehow :D

Could someone confirm the light leakage from the capacitive keys under pitch black conditions? Thanks, as i noticed a a barely visible scratch on the back and would like to rule out a drop and a returning hassle

Hello HTC DEsire S owners..how is the call quality guys,
I owned an HTC legend previously, and call quality was horrible, though a good handset
THe problem is When you connect a call, in background there is constant hissing noise....the caller and listener are crystal clear but in background noise will be like zzzzzzzzz........... as its hissing...
I know in very phone even iphone(i was owner), there is some noise in background but i doubt the quality of HTC is so good that it even amplifies the noise.i guess..
Thats basically and Android problem,when sound driver initiates a constant noise starts, one can observe hissing noise clearly when u switch on loudspeaker and keep it near your ear..
IN samsung and other brand android mobile, that effect is minimal, but HTC its more pronounced..Can any owner of DESIRE S , observe the method , tell me the feedback i really want 2 give DESIRE S a chance

hi folks plz tell me if this phone has flash suport and gyro sensor...because id not then galaxy S has some superior features then desire S...so i think i should opt for galaxy S becz the price range is same of both..and also the desgin looks gr8 for galaxy...
suggest me guys should i go with galaxy S or the desire S ...u guys are doing a gr8 job by posting ur reviews ...it do clear a lot of doubts..for user like me...:)
keep doing the gr8 work and keep posting ur reviews...

Great phone, bought it 3 days ago.
Only problems I have with it are an annoying light leakage under the menu buttons in very dark conditions and the signal drops in wifi when covering the top of the phone with a hand. Othewise great phone, just thought I'd point that out.

hey desire s users,i have to decide between galaxy s and htc desire s,i luv the s.amoled but hate the touch wiz,so i m really tilted towards htc desire s,i have only one main question to ask ,hows the sound quality and loudness of desire s in headphone as compared to galaxy s ,i ve listend the sound quality of galaxy s which is very cool..i m music lover..... please help me to decide...much appreciated if sumbddy gives me the answer....thnx
