Hi everyone;
how to root the phone can you take me through step by step? How do I clean all applications, in the process of clearing app can I be able to get applications I did backed up? cheers

what happen whit my htc desire S....memory phone in setting hardware information is 768 Mb, but memory in tast manager only 596 Mb...where memory 172 Mb more?

have you found out the solution for this if yes can you please tell me im eaving my email address... please help... im starting to get irritated by this phone.

I have been looking for Youtube downloader on the play store but I can't find it. what must I do n which app can I use to download videos? however, the phone works super on my side. and battery last for a day n half at times it jumps for 2 days. I want to update to ics how much mega bites will be taken? thanks in advance

It's a nice phone with poor battery life. My biggest concern though is the black tiny dots which appears on objects photographed. Has anyone had the experience? Please how do I get my phone to snap crispy clear pictures without these irritable dots? I desperately need an answer. Thanks.

Updated to ICS here in the Philippines last 2 days,
so far no issues, phone runs much faster and smooth. Good work HTC!

Well i just purchased the phone but it is too sluggish and the browser is not active... but the battery seem to last a while.

Hi all. I have a question for the Desire S users who have updated to ICS. In inbox message, when there is a mobile number or a web address written in the message, I am unable to click on it in order to dial that number or go to that web address as I was doing this prior to update to ics. Is anyone else facing this problem or I am the alone one who face this problem. If this is a bug for ics, HTC needs to clerify this and a update is necessary in this regard. Thanks to all

can someone please suggest a long lasting replacement battery for my desire s, its lasting 5hrs or so, which is rubbish, had to buy a cheapar one to keep as spare in car, also it keeps crashing, whats best thing to do about that?

I'm fine with Gingerbread seemingly ICS spoils the phone. First time ever going to bed without charging the phone after seven months. I love HTC... Any news about the activation of HTC sense?
