I bought HTC phone 3 months back. It worked fine only for 1 month.
It gets switched off without my notice at least thrice a day. Customer Care just deletes all my data every time i g there without resolving the problem.
HTC is Customer F***king Co.
Please do not buy any products of HTC.

Consider yourself lucky that you are reading this post. I bought this phone on Dec-12, with in 4 months, it started to auto reboot on its own, after searching in net, i was totally taken aback on knowing that there are millions of others who are facing the similar type problem in HTC devices. My phone has gone to repair for 4 times in 10months, still problem is unresolved.
I escalated the issue to the customer care. I am 28 year old, in my entire life i have never come across this type FRAUD company and customer care, who continuously harras a poor customer. They are not ready to accept the fact that their device is faulty. All they say is that they will repair my device for free of cost till warranty period.
Do not believe other reviews/comments, as the problems with the device starts only after 4-5 months of purchase. Till the time it gives the feeling of heaven. after 4-5 months you will see HELL.
no wonder why HTC is losing its ground in front of SAMSUNG & others.. I have no hesitation in calling this a FRAUD COMPANY....

hello dear, myself Krishna, I am using this phone around 7 month back , facing many issues such as hang, switch on n off again n again, sim slot 2 prb, when I went to service canter then they replace my mother bourd 3 times ,, m facing lots of trouble from this phone, thanks htc ,,,, I don't want go with this phone thank you..

I have been using HTC desire SV for 5-6 months for now. Not facing any major issue but it does not show 3G sign. Great camera.....phone with beats audio, an extra advantage for music lovers

Go opt . Manage app aftr that select whatsapp n there is one option that is force stop n clear data.. no need to install again and again..

Purchased HTC desire sv 5/6 months back. Facing no. of problems since then. It's motherboard has been changed once by HTC service center but not giving me in writing its new imei no.
Then again faced problems such as auto restart, auto shut downing of page n automatically reaching to home page, auto shut down during receiving call n name/ number of caller can't be find in call log, auto flashing/ wavering on screen etc etc endless.
Is this phone is eligible to be updated to Jelly Bean ? If yes, when its OS will be so updated ??

Graet Mobile wih awesome UI, Ofcourse HTC's UI is the best in the market.
The dual sim features are good and simple.
Best part is It's battery easily stand on for 2 days with a 6 hr wifi and 1hr of calls & 30 min of chatting and 30 min of music.
if on standby easily goes upto 4 days.
grat screen resolution, handy& compatible size of 4.3",never hanged. smooth play feel on subway surfers & temple run. great camera clarity like all HTC phones do.
Totally a fully value for money mobile.
Only negitive thing is it's just HTC Sense 4.1 and the android version is 4.0 ICS it would be a great thing if they can give us an update to jelly bean & HTC Sense 5.0
