this is one of the worst mobile i ever had .....i just got it 1 year back for 21000 bugs and after the warrenty period is completed..it got hanged off...consulted htc centre they asked to replace motherbord which costs 10000 spending 21000 is only waste for this mobile..better throw it in dust bin

I took it to nearest service center and they told me that my phone's motherboard is scrached. So i need to replace it and it will cost me 7900 rs. Now what to do??? any 1 help ??

Bought HTC desire sv b4 1 year, from d day of purchase facing d problem of reboot, power off, incoming Cl problem, phone hang, watsapp not working properly, can't download many apps etc..
I hv totally wasted 25000 rs on ds bullshit phone , HTC service center not able to resolve ds problem, they hv formated my phone , replaced main board, replaced battery, now my warranty period is over but still problem is not solve , and now they are asking me for service charges for repair......
If anybody want to waste money dn Dnt go any Whr, HTC is perfect place .
China Mobiles are e1 better dn this worst company.
As per my suggestion Dnt buy any HTC product , these are worst products in the world,
Somebody must take the legal action on this in court for making people fool...

Really worst mobile Don't buy HTC.
Phone dead after 12 months working i fed up with lot of issues(power on problem,incoming caller name do not display,hang on's etc) .
after all last day i switch off it to restart due to caller name not displaying then it wont get restart .i sent it to repair at HTC centre they charged me 12000rs for repair .bull shit ..dont buy HTC products

A week before i buyed Skullcandy headphone at the time when i brought it starts but from last 2 days it doesn't support but other headphones connect to this phone n my headphone gets connected to other phone but it doesn't support this one. Any suggestions

Same problem is been faced by me too. Automatic Reboot, system crash, whats app hanging, etc etc.
Never by HTC devices. Its a bullshit and waste of money.

I am using desire sv since from last 1 year. This phone gets reboot automatically and hang and whats app abnormal behavier. Never go for HTC phone. My other friends have HTC other models but the problem is same. I will advice that never go for HTC. Very Bad phone and customer support. Vikas.verma.thakur@gmail.com

This was the worst technical experience. This phone gets switched off on its own. I got the replacement but the problem remained the same. Will never go for HTC again. Thinking about NEXUS 5.

I am using this phone since last 1 year. Though this phone worked like a charm for a few days, but slowly it started doing abnormal stuff, like reboot automatically, hangs a lot. Felt a lot of performance issues. If you want to buy this phone, then its just a no-no. I have heard very good reviews about HTC handsets, but this one seems to be exceptional. It seems company has taken this out in some kind of hurry. Anyways, it was a waste of money for me.

J m using this phone from last a month..
But I m thinking I have never been such a bad experience of automatic abnormal shut down,or. Abnormal crash of this phone....n whatsapp crash aswell.
I think every bd should try to sue this HTC co into the court.....
Totally bullshit phone.....

the phone is bullshit in the sense of usage. its get switched off on its own. as i have been with this device for last 1 year and during this span of time i have submitted it 9 times to the customer care center for repair . please as a personal experience purchasing it was my one of the worst mistake i have ever done it in my life pertain to purchasing such expensive mobile.

I have been using HTC Desire SV, I bought it because I want a good high end dual SIM phone. However this phone is waste of money, the phone hangs often & becomes dead. Its internal memory is not managed properly which causes application to behave unusual. Like Whatsapp crashes and sometime does not open. The application like TOI crashes or not able to connect to internet. Another problem with the phone is, it sometimes does not connect to internet even when all signal and network condition are good and from same location for same SIM on another phone internet works. I will strongly recommend not to waste money on HTC.

I have also got the same phone but I found one remedy for the autoreboot during switching on the Bluetooth... Here is the solution....
It is recommended that before you switch on the Bluetooth first clear the cache memory using any app from the playstore...
It worked for me and I am very happy...

Hi all, this is to update that i got new replacement of my problematic HTC desire SV on dec-13 (after 5 visits to service centres & 2 times hardware change).
So i suggest whoever is facing the REBOOT problem to take reference of the below mail sent by customer care (Mr. Nilesh, Escalation team) and claim for the replacement. below mail is self explanatory
