A complete waste of money..Phone shuts down atleast 30 times a day.. Touch problem.. Battery life - Poor, Speakers - Pathetic, Utter waste..DO NOT BUY HTC products.

Motherboard changed still issue is not resolved, my suggestion is do not buy any HTC

Its a hopeless phone.Its switching off automatically though i bought it in april 2013.Once its CPU has been changed.Its a sheer wastage of money.

A great phone ...... i own this phone from more than a year ... camera is nyc if u have knowledge to use it ......ye having some issues like touch screen sometimes does nt respond ..... cpu is really slow ..sound from speaker is just below human audible level ... v bad speaker though when u pulg in gud headphones or speakers it just blows ur mind
good things : nyc cam...dual sim working nyc ...battery backup gud .. looks nyc .. feels nyc .... nyc audio (only in plug in ).....feels delicate bt trust me a rock hard phone nothing happens to it even if falls from a 20 ft ..... rains no prob .... dust no prob...moisture no prob ....
i give it 7 on 10 bt i love the phone

I am using it from last May, within 3 months i had touch issue, company have replaced the display screen.It is getting switch off automatically. Please think before you buy this phone.

Problem with Whatsapp.... Hangs by itself and den fails to reopen. Then had to reinstall and dat too without restoring old messages (since if I restore it will hang again - Have to install it all over again).
These problems are repetative and no permanent solution for It.

Horrible Phone!!!!!!! Phone has become dead twice within a year..... stayed with service center for 20 days.
Also encountered a strange problem with Whatsapp.... Hangs by itself and den fails to reopen. Then had to reinstall and dat too without restoring old messages (since if I restore it will hang again - Have to install it all over again).

But rooting has not solved my problem, i could still see the temporary loss of contacts!!! like i could see Black screen when i open contacts and again i checked with all developers and they are still working fro Jelly Bean ROM for this mobile!!! Hope they complete fast and moreover i enquired HTC service center and they have also not updated new OS for this mobile and not sure when they'll do it!!! All these problems in this mobile is purely due to the Android ICS, That's why they have stopped it and released Jelly Bean!!!!!

the phone is bullshit in the sense of usage. its get switched off on its own. as i have been with this device for last 1 year and during this span of time i have submitted it 9 times to the customer care center for repair . please as a personal experience purchasing it was my one of the worst mistake i have ever done it in my life pertain to purchasing such expensive mobile.

The phone has given me nothing but trouble from the day I bought it. It keeps shutting down atleast 15 times a day and even HTC service center dont seem to know what the problem is. Their standard answer is reboot and dont download apps. Why did I buy a smartphone if I cannot download apps.
Terrible buy overall.

romy, 12 Dec 2013The worst phone ever!I have been using this phone from Jan ... moreI too had frequent memory low problems.Because of which i wasnt even able to install a dozen of basic apps.
But then i rooted and swapped the memory.Now my memory card act as phone memory(which is thankfully 8gb).Tell you,the phone's hardware is quite powerful.I did play Asphalt 8(Low Setting),Virtua Tennis,NFS Most Wanted,Shadowgun and it worked flawlessly.The only downside was the low RAM which sometimes caused lags.
So if you want to install tons of apps and games,i suggest you to root the phone at the cost of warranty(as ur fone's a year old,its anyway void now).
Other problems,No Idea Boss :)
