Pschonaut, 20 Aug 2013Hahaha seems like most of the people posting their opinions... moreyes!!! u are right buddy...my htc devices list is 4...desire u is my 4th htc....recently i sold my htc desire u and for some reason bought galaxy grand...but i can bet that built quality,screen quality,camera and music is no match with others..htc is best in multimedia department...people bring bad name to htc without any major issues...like-htc devices have no inbuilt file manager so some start criticizing htc, battery life is less so start defaming htc...my experience with htc is that none of my 4 devices has visited htc service centre...i have sold off my 3 older htcs to people who use it happily even today...but one thing which is worth admitting is that htc should provide better after sales services...and for this reason stores like-reliance digital discourage buying htc phones...

while its get DRY. after charging also it's not getting on. 20 day's old Desire U. Its Failure model.

Hahaha seems like most of the people posting their opinions here are full on noobs. HTC has been one of my favorite brand and has never disappointed me. I have owned 2 htc phones till now; and used more than 4 models (dads phone, friends, etc.) I don't get it how you guys manage to screw up your phones. But then again, I see most of the smartphone owners knowing jackshit about the phone they own so I wouldn't expect much. Please don't mislead the new customers by posting reviews that make no technical sense. My best suggestion would be to lose the stock rom as soon as possible. NO it will not brick your phone as long as you know what you are doing. And only is n 0.001% there is a chance that it has been bricked so that you can get it back at all. Half an hour research is all that you need to root your phone successfully and flash a rom successfully.
Have a good day, use phones wisely, stop being a jackass.

i also using htc desire u and i had also same problem of restart. this days i am update my mobile with software number 1.07.707.3. This update should resolves the auto-restart issue...

I had a very bad experience with this model.. i am not at all satisfied with this handset. I took this model july 29 in two days handset got dead.. they replaced with new one.. again after 5 days same problem happned.. I heard lot about htc but i never this much waste quality they are having... From ma experience i will not suggest anybody to go with htc....

It looks good but i had bad experience...
I bought this phone on 28/06/2013.. and it suddenly got Dead without any problem within 20 days...
i called service center, they gave me DOA certificate,and i replaced it with new one from retailer on 2/8/2013,...
but on 15/08/2013 it again got dead.... i don't know why this happening to me.... I don't recommend it...

I have question on the specifications , im come from vietnam , this model on my country only have 1 sim , not dual sim , that is wrong on spec or this model have 2 version ~?
