I bought it last week nd m facing the problem that whatsapp and messnger while typing stops ..dnt kno why n wt shud I do..cud anyone pls help me wht 2 do.....?????????????

no doubt it is a good luckng phn but it sucks becoz restarts more than 2 times a day (recovers automatically)

It z no doubt a gd nd attrctve phn bt m facng d prblm f random restrts twice a day.......othrwse bttr dan d same lukng samsung phns. Ny solution for d rndm restrts????

I am using it from 1 month and i found this this device is awesome. No lag in my phone.

i bought this device in the 1st week of june...and so i'm among the early users of this phone....a good phone hardware-wise but did frequent lags and reboots....but music and camera were my favourites....my issue was that the back button light was dim and compared to other 2 buttons....still i liked it...also i tried numerous methods to root it but hard luck...but i sold it few days ago and bought grand a better device...

I am using it since last one week. The specifications specified above does not include GPS and Radio which it contains. I have one more smart phone of samsung galaxy series and i can say that this HTC made is far better than any brand's smart phone in this range. Its far better than what it looks in the pic on the net.

Problem with the hardware and thy r waiting for the part. But i asked to replace the device thy told thy ll only repair and not replace... Wht shold i do now..

Don't know why still HTC selling 1Ghz cpu with 1 GB Ram, its an oldest configuration which in the same rate at that time available.

guys ... inmy HTC desire U .. iwas unable to hear callers vocie and same other problems......i do agree.. desire series is having problems ..almost in every hand set. i had been to service center...service is good but you have to be queue and wait...
