Jay, 07 Jul 2012How Can I Upgrade My Mobile Dream G1I am actually using Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread on my HTC Dream G1. You can find it in Google searching for ezGingerbread, it is an unofficial, very speedy, rock solid rom by developer ezTerry.
There is also an ICS rom, but it is very slow, unstable and some features don't work.

From their, press alt-l to open the recovery when you see an exclamation mark. Then press wipe to factory reset your phone. BEWARE for this will wipe everything including sd card

HTC DREAM is abig and correct phone,one of the best of phone nowadays...... cuz have been using it since last year and am still using it till now. but the phone cannot receive data through BLUETOOTH. if not please reply with full evidence.

To all those people having issues with display, calls, microphones etc. Contact your service provider? There is nothing we can do to help solve your issues... Or better yet, upgrade your handset?
