Hi all, In showrooms i found two versions of htc explorer like one with dotted backpanel and the other with plain glossy panel;I am planning to order online for a plain one. Is there any way to distinguish both without opening the pack....

for that ... moreya..good compression boss, u compare entry level (explorer) with High end phone (galaxy S3)... like Maruti 800 with BMW.
ya i agreed only that camera is very poor.. but other things are best compare to galaxy phone.. i had used galaxy mini and now switch to explore.. and i am disappointing cameara result of htc and not possible to set wallpaper on single screen like pop..

This is the WORST hand set i have ever used ,
for that last 1 month iam using it ,very poor touch screen & voice quality .. some times its getting hang then i need to re-start to continue
it does'nt has flash & dedicated camera key
now i decided to buy a new samsung galaxy S3 but i will not sell this htc , bcos i don't want to share a bad experience to anyone so i will throw this to waste bin ..
anybody have these kind of experience pls reply

For a phone this small and cheap! Its A-MAZING!
1.compared to CHEAP samsing devices its resolution is much crispier. Compared to CHEAP moto phones this one is much FASTER and the user interface is to die for ;)
-I am a cellphone dealer, so I recommend this phone.

I use my HTC Explorer for last 4 months, This is the 1st mobile in my life that understand my tastes. I really wondering about its specs in a low cost. It is a very useful, userfriedly mobile. The only issue is its internal memorylimited to 160mb (90mb user memory). Otherwise its great phone from HTC. Asset of HTC and for me. Regards Shaan.

First of all you need to install an File manger from the Android market and install it after that you can see your concern files in your phone.
