my HTC flyer makes normal gsm phone calls. the only thing I am missing is to speak thru the Mic when making calls, I can hear the caller very well but he can't hear me if I chose to activate the speaker mode. this shows that it is not intended to have a mouthpiece (microphone) for use as if one is using an ordinary mobile phone. but when I use a wired headset the calls are without any hitches. I wish HTC can update it so that one can also chose to activate the speaker mode and be able to speak and hear the recipient of his calls. this feature is essentially important when one is alone at home or when many people are communicating in conference calls. one can just keep the tablet on a table and speak from a distance and not being forced to use a wired headset. nevertheless I'm still waiting for the honeycomb update.

i like it because it got a pen can write or draw on it but cannot make phone call.

I read on some site's post that you can set up Whatsapp on the Flyer by sending the installer as an attachment to your gmail account and then installing it directly from your account as I cannot find whatsapp from the Market place.
I did all this and it installed correctly but I'm having problems completing the configuration. does anybody know how to install and configure Whatsapp on the Flyer?

I just bought HTC Flyer 3G and i tried to search for an application that i could call or add credit to my tablet (pre-paid) through input number on phone number pad. Some of you are experienced on making its for call, pls share me yr application or refer me to that website. million thanks.
