Anthony, 23 Nov 2010The market place is the only way to get skyfire for WM now.... morei did download but didnt give it a try cuz on the linq i read the following & i didnt find any of wut its written,,(You have to do a bit of a work before running the app so it loads the right build on execution.

on your build folder,
1. Edit the file startup.txt
2. find this line on your startup txt set cmdline “”
3. insert rel_path=YourbuildfolderHere between the qoutes
Ex: set cmdline “rel_path=YourbuildfolderHere“)

The ROM version is 3.14.707.3 (SEA ROM).

Liverpool, 24 Nov 2010im busy now with exploring the android,,its fun,will u take... morestarting back in WM is as easy as restarting the phone. because the Android does not have It's own bootloader. when the the phone powers on it starts in WM first. the you have to run the 2 files again if you need to get back into android. (takes me about 2min to get back into Android) i also gave a link to automate the process, did you give that a try?

HD2, 24 Nov 2010hi Anthony can you just tell me i bought my HD2 from UK 7 m... moreif It's a factory unlocked model. you have a 2 year manufacture warranty. (that warranty has nothing to with the seller, you deal with HTC direct) but your bill of sale is a grate help if you need to make a claim, so don't dump it, if you still have it. (box and packing is not important)

hi Anthony can you just tell me i bought my HD2 from UK 7 months before now i dont know how much time is left for my warranty?I even dnt no do HTC offer any warranty on mobiles or not.?

I recently bye a HTC HD2.But it doesn't show "waiting" or any signal when i call a person who is already talking to others. Is there any option?

Due to the large area to be illuminated LCD, the battery drains in minutes HTC, WHEN YOU MORE NEED, HAVE LESS! Think about twice before buy a HTC HD2!

Friends let your HTC HD2 only for emergencies. Battery drains quickly! Belive me. I have one since 08/2010, and now, the battery supports only half day. Wait HTC engineers solve this problem. The device no have problem, are pretty good, just battery sucks. Is like an printer ink jet, they have to sale the refill. The refill of cell phone is your battery. Before I gonna sleep at 2:00 am o´clock, I let the my HTC HD2 in standby, and next morning, in the same day, it was power off. BATTERY$$$$. HTC CAMPAIGN " WHEN YOU MORE NEED, HAVE LESS".

Just do what i did and install Android
The browser in that has full 10.1 support and you will still have your windows mobile. nothing changes in it.
Dual boot your phone.

If you get it working you can also install
The boot loader called EBL2 in WM
it’s a nice way to which over to Android when you need to. Or to set Android as your default boot up system (that’s up to you)

Liverpool, 23 Nov 2010Wut is the size of the file? IST 247mb ?im replying because i think this was intended for me.

The download is about 247mb but that is a .7z compressed file.
You have to uncompress it. And only copy the folder name Android and all its contents to the root of the SD card.

You can get 7zip for your PC for free. just do a google search for it.

Best phone ever. I love my HD2. Android and xda-dev has given it a new lease on life.

Tank, 23 Nov 2010hey guys since skyfire doesnt work anymore. Is there an alt... moreinstall Android and use the browser in it for flash. that's what i do now.I use WM most of the time but switch over to Android when i need to.

Dear Anthony, I just upgraded my ROM to ver 3.14 and it caused a lot of problem, especially the unresolved services.exe error, can it downgrade it back to ver 1.66? If yes, how shall I do it?

Appreciate your advice.
