hameed, 02 Sep 2010anthony, my ear peace speaker is not working. what a soluti... morehey anthony, if I turn on the speaker phone when in the call that time I heard it and plugging in the headset that time also I heard it but my front speaker is not working when in the call at that time. I will wait ur reply soon.

So he sent his in when they had the parts to repair his phone and others.. I will sell it when it comes... I'm going to wait and see what's released in a few months. If nothing I like, I'll wait til next year.....

High Tech, 02 Sep 2010Well as I said ealier "it's now day 29 and still no HD... moreOk, when I sent my phone to get the new screen, it was sent to Texas as well.
I got and email saying what the problem was, how much it was going to cost to fix and asking be to call to give them the go ahead to do the work. After my call I got a next email with the tracking # when they shipped out. I was also most surprised when it came the bill said it was fix under warranty and there was no charge to my credit card.
But take my stupid advice.
To date they have not sent you a single email so they will not start now.
I also know of someone that had to have their motherboard changed and they sent back there phone after you and they got their phone back from Texas already. Take it from me just to change a main board does not take that long, so there is something more to your problem than they are telling you.
If I where you I too would sell it as soon as I got it back. I luv my HD2 and still think it’s the best winmo phone on the market. So I would have just use the money I got from the sale to buy a new one.
They took way too long to fix that phone; I have seen things like this with other electronics (it’s going to go bad again, so sell it fast) there is something just not right about that unit you have. By the way didn’t you get that unit a day or 2 or even more than that before the official date it was suppose to be in stores for sale?
I think HTC phones are great; too bad I can’t say the same for the people that work at the help centre. It’s like every morning they just get staff off the street and don’t teach them anything about the phones they make. I have never emailed them and got an answer to a question that made any sense. Thank god for Google & XDA.

Transformer, 01 Sep 2010When u get it back. U will fall in love with it again.. ha ... moreThe phone is nice, but HTC service SUCKS!!!!!! This experience has changed my view of HTC..... I own a Sony laptop. I sent it in for repair and got it back within a week (they sent the box to ship to them).... That to me is great service............ HTC service is CRAPPY................................. That's why I will look to other companies for my next phone......

Well as I said ealier "it's now day 29 and still no HD2 from repair center". Called again today and was told my phone is fixed and ready to ship today or Thursday... Rep said phone passed system test (they replaced the main board of the phone)... Rep said I should get an email with repair info and tracking number... If it has been sent, I still want get it til next week???? Holiday is Monday, so I'm looking to get it Tuesday.... Hope it comes Friday........
Anthony when you recieved your phone back from repair. Did they send you an email with repair info and tracking number?????

A next thing you may want to look at is…..
What email folders sync with the phone.
If you are like me and your mail is sorted into folders based on your custom email rules. By default the only mail you get on the phone is the inbox.
Well you can tell the phone to sync the other folder as well by going into “tools” again, but this time pick “Manage Folders” (for some email accounts you get check boxes to add to sync list.)

What I can do is tell you a next way to get into the settings.
1. Go to the inbox of the email account you want to change.
2. tap “menu”
3. scroll to and tap on “Tools”
4. tap on “options”
5. Then tap on the account in the window, whose settings you want to change.
Let me know if that is what you wanted.

There are two speakers in the phone, the lowed speaker to the back and the ear peace speaker, which is the vent in front, on the top.
If you hear music on the phone, that is the speaker to the back only.
Try increasing the volume when you are in a call. The front speaker volume could be all the way down.
If you do that and you still hear nothing, turn on speaker phone when in the call and test to see if you are hearing then. If you are, that means the front speaker is blown. If you still not hearing and you sent the volume all the way up during the call, try plugging in the headset and let me know if you can hear anything.

I need to change the download size (attachement) of my e-mail....I used to press on the e-mail icon in the start program.since yesterday when i press this icon, it opens directly my inbox instead of opening the page it used to open !!!!!What happened since yesterday?how to fix this problem?
