Hello Anthony:
I am surprized and happy to see the way you answer each and every questions. This encouraged me to ask few very basic questions about Winmo. I had used couple of winmo mobiles years back but after that, it is all symbians. I will have HD2 in next few days. My questions are:
1. Hacking phone mean change of firmware or more than that like in symbian to install unsign applications.
2. If it's only firmware change, than how you sign, unsign appplications?
3. Applicationwise, what is difference between these to operating systems?
3. Like sysmbian,do we have lot of free applications for winmo?
I basically fond of Ebooks and utility applications on my phone. I will be more than happy if apart from above you pass me additional info.

As for the second half...I actually did this at home, over my own private wifi network and it still game me the "hey dude, you haven't completed all required fields"
I wonder if I can create an account online via PC (from work hehe) Any additional thoughts?

You have to be online first before you try to register or sign in on the program.
If you are online from an office network. I.T. could have that site blocked.

A few days ago I downloaded and tried to install Omarket. A few questions:
1. Can I install Omarket to my SD Card and not run into any problems?
2. When I tried to sign up/register, it kept telling me something around the lines of "make sure you fill out all marked fields" (I'm at work and can't access my phone) Even though there are only 3 fields to fill out.
A) email address B) password C) full name
Still won't work. Any advice?

To all the people using the sense UI audio player and your music is badly tagged so it is not sorting correctly in the library….. Omarket now has a program call “Mp3 tag editor” available for download now. That will let you edit the tags right on the phone. No need to go back to your PC to edit ID3v1 or ID3v2 tags.

the camera is removable, so you just stick it in-front when you want to make a video call. And the USA model even comes with a retractable hologram mirror so you don't even have to move the camera.
Feel fee to ask questions without even reading the spec. any time.

Always connects pretty quickly, 10-20seconds? especially if you use quickGPS to update/download satellites. the satellite data will last 7days.

I need help. I've got very little knowledge of windows mobile and for that matter htc hd2!
I seem to have lost my "lock" screen when i press the power/end call button and i don't know how to get it back. The only way i can get it to lock is to go to start and then press "lock" at the bottom left hand!
Any ideas????

if you seeing the voice mail icon when you have no voice mail?
That is a Bmobile glitch I was under the impression that they fixed that some years ago. Guess not.
Solution… call your self and leave a massage, give it some time then go in and clear the message.
When you are home try updating dating your connections database using your home internet connection.
