hey guys, i got my Htc hd2 last week unlocked and the windows is in german. i need it in english since i barely speak german. how can i change this? Thank you

so i bought htc hd2 and it was working fine i was checking out the programs and i saw an icon name value added i opened it and and i installed arabic language mistakenly as i thought it is going to be easy to turn it back to english well i restart my device to see what happens and it took some minutes to install the whole arabic language into my mobile ... and it turned everything into arabic i checked my setting and turned system language to english now my half phone is showing english and half phone is still on arabic i tried everything but its not going away
so how can i make it on english again as i tried everything ?
please help

1. ".net cf 3.5 redistributed" from microsoft.
2. "music stability hotfix" from the htc uk page.
3. BSB Tweaks 1.6
4. ChangeScreen
all 4 will improve usability and performance.

I don't like at all. I use a lot of texting and emailing and just can't do it as I did it with my standar kb samsung,on top of that it stops working at times when typing and the video cam, and reagular cam sudenly start working by itself. Ohere features I like them.

But i think there's some... moreJust checked again long presses work 100% all the time,it also learns and keeps the words in the dictionary,like names etc.if you type it in or touched it instead of swyping.I have the cab with me ,very stable no conflict whatsoever with the MS Facbook application,
just will check for the link if Ive saved it in the favortes and let you know.

Anonymous, 27 May 2010I have to disagree about the Swype beeing better on smaller... moreI'm also enjoying swype in my hd2. But i think there's some bug....for eg..long-press on keyboard does not work properly. Lets say..i need to insert number or symbol by long pressing...sometimes it works & sometimes nth happens. And if it happens also, it takes long time.
Where did you download swype for your hd2? Can you give me a link. Thanks

WM aka HD2 is for tech minded people,this thing needs complete customization to get the full potential out of it so if you dont have neither time nor the knowledge you will always get dissapointed.
I for one immensely like my HD2!!!

I have to disagree about the Swype beeing better on smaller screens,I use it daily on my HD2 its one of the most amazing tools I ever came across,I usually use it in portrait mode since it is faster to deal with.

y... moreHI Anthony, Have you used Swype keyboard? I've been using it for a while.....need little practice though.
But HD2 screen is too big for swiping. I think ..for smaller screen, swype is really good if you master it.

note: most players like what you are looking for, region lock there media.
so you have to be located in the right region to get them to work.

you would think after spending $1000 you would jump at the chance of getting help.
now I too think you are just too stupid. so sell the phone and go get an iPhone, if you don't want help from users of the phone that may have already resolved all the problems you have..

Anyway,I already bought the phone and paid over $1000, so I think it is my right to expect it works well.

Hi everyone! I was able to sent file from my HD2 to my laptop computer but I wasnt able to send it from my laptop to my HD2... Whats the problem? i already did the pairing for both devises... any suggestion would highly be appreciated. Thnks a lot in advance
