jj, 24 May 2010can play facebook game on this phone ?I’m not big on the facebook games but I have seen my wife start farmvile on my phone using the skyfire browser.

    Then use the S/N below on the HTC UK site to get generic HTC English ROM
    If you don’t install the HSPL the ROM will not install for your phone. That is the hack he was talking about.

      Lyn, 24 May 2010Hi thanks mike i did but its not working on wifi what do yo... moreI see people having that wifi problem when they make a change in there router security settings or key but the phone is still trying to connect using the old setting It saved when you first setup the connection.
      What you have to do is delete the setting for your router in the phone and let it set it up again from scratch.
      Here is where you have to go.
      Settings>menu>all settings>connections>Wi-Fi>wireless networks>(hi-light your router)>menu>Remove settings

      After you do that it should no longer be in the list then you to a search for it again.
      Let me know if that helps.

            Hey all,

            Just bought this phone in Sweden so every thing is in Swedish which is kinda hard. Is there anyone who can help me with information regarding installation of an official ROM in English. I went to HTC website and was only able to find a ROM in Swedish again against my serial no..

                      Could any genious guy guide me i used my WIFI router for my internet browsing for couple of weeks.But now it shows that wifi connection connected after entering the right router key(password)but whenever i starts internet browsing cant get through and it says cannont connect to internet or internet connection not available.and when i use internet by my network provider it works fine.please tell me what i need to do.i tried every thing which is best of my knowledge by doing setting>All setting>connections>Wifi.please help

                              a good program to rip dvds for this phone is " DVD catalyst 3"
                              pay for it. every free one I have tried were full of virus.

                                    make the account active.
                                    tap on menu>tools>options
                                    pick the account from the settings window.
                                    edit the download size settings.

                                      Go to Options, and select an Account.

                                      Click on Download Size Settings, and set Message Download Limit to either "All text, no pictures" or "Entire Message."

                                      This ain't no genius.

                                        Hello boys and girls,
                                        I have had HTC HD2 for months now. Even though I'm not a great fan of touchscreen phone. Anyways I bought this phone because of the WIFI ROUTER and the fast processor and the big screen.

                                        The only this that frustrates me is the partial downloading of the email in the HD2. It doesnt download full message at once. Always shows MESSAGE WILL DOWNLOAD THE NEXT TIME YOU DOWNLOAD AND RECEIVE. Does anyone of you genius know where I can down email software for this. I need to replace the email programs with the one currently available for downloading.

                                        Please let me know. Thank you
