For those that wanted to know how strong the glass on the phone is.... I got home 1am this morning, droped everything at the foot of the bed and went to sleep. When I got up, I stepped on the phone.
Not a scratch on the glass. Bad new is I got a pressure point crack in the display below. So now I'm writing this with a black liquid crystal stain to the very top of the screen. Touch screen still working normal no damage to the external parts of the phone. Cant figure out how the LCD cracked without cracking the glass that is above it.

I like the Cell Series ROM and will stick with that one... Just waiting on version two to come out and Spb Shell 5... I may give WM7 cust ROM a try if it comes to the HD2... I really don't care for WM7 in the form it's in right now... Read some post's on line that said "WM8 is the OS to wait for.. That will be totally rebuilt from ground up"... Only time will tell... My HD2 fits my needs for now... I don't plan to update phone until 2012 or if a phone comes out with knock out spec's (32MB to 128MB internal storage, 1080p video and recording, 8 to 12 camera w/flash, HD radio, HDMI, dolby 5.1 sound to name a few..)...

But I believe there are modders who can mode the kernel to run on current phones. Will know in a few months.

I have an HTC HD2. I use TCPMP media player for movies etc. It plays a wide variety of formats even FLVs.
Just google around for the download link.

Guys, is there any truth in the rumour that Microsoft is revisiting the Winmo7 and HTC HD2 issue because of the unprecedented rate of sales of US Tmobile HTC HD2? Any faintest hope that HD2 will meet Winmo7 eventually?

I have just found out that the US T-mobile HD2 has an updated ROM to 2.13 with Radio.
I am not doing the update yet because it will take a lot of time for me to retweak and reinstall all my stuffs.
I'll take that challenge another time.
