The p... moreCheap generic screen protector don’t check the affect of the material they are using to take into consideration it is going on a capacitive screens and some of them can generate their own electrical signature, which the HD2 would mistake for your hand.
When my “SP P300” got some digs in it, I took it off and replaced it with a generic protector I got with my case and my phone started giving problems as well.
I told you this before but you did not take me on.
Maybe if you watch the video at this link you would understand what’s going on

I ordered 2 screen protectors for the HD2 before the US HD2 was released. Guess what!?! I threw both in the garbage, and purchased the OEM immediately without regret, though price might appear to be expensive.

Once it works, you can always put back any customed ROM again to play with it.

Just take it off, and see what happens next.

If it doesn't solve the problem immediately, still re-install stock ROM after that.

What might had happened is that if u had the cheap screen protector on why installing a ROM, some part of the screen might had been pressed while u did not know it.

Windows Media Player doesn't play thru my bluetooth speakers while on the phone like Slacker Radio does.

Anyone knows any remedy to that?

Well, I had my first discharge today with the extended battery.

I will have to go two more times to see if things really improve that much.

Will post later the result after 3rd discharge which will take some time since charging just the battery once take about 10h.

After 5h30 using back stock battery, I got mixed feeling about the extended non-OEM 2400mAh battery.

Although I haven't put as much stress to the stock battery as I have done yesterday with the extended battery, the stock battery seems to be of higher quality somehow.

I think I have read before that the HD2 uses different type of lithium battery...

                    ...will do some more research...

I don't like the HTC Sense. If you are the same, try SPB Shell.

And if you have time, go to XDA site after you got SPB Shell and the mskip version with more widget.

You will definitely need to install Coreplayer.

The rests are tweaks, and other apps/games that you may need for yourself.

I can still listen to Slacker Radio through my Bluetooth stereo speakers while being on the phone.

                            Ain't that cool.

One problem though, a slight disconnection when on/off initial call.

I installed this Remote tracker on my phone. I cant afford to lose my hd2. But looks little complicated settings. Can you help me with configuration of RT? I have not done anything so far with it. Thanks

iPhone only runs 1 app at a time.
That is not the same for the HD2
But if you were to only Run 1 app at a time (meaning close every app with a task manage after you use It.) there would be no way the iphone would be faster.

Syrus, 09 Apr 2010Installing cab file vs registry tweak....which is better? I... morecab files that change settings do the same thing as a registry tweak. All it really has in it is a script that will let it edit the registry for you, so you don’t have to do it your self.
When you look at your registry after you use one of those cabs, you will see it did the same thing you where doing manually. So which way you go is up to you.
Do you know that with “tweaking cabs” like BsB you don’t even have to leave them installed after you made your tweaks. Because uninstalling them does not put back the setting to there default. I only leave BsB installed on my SD because I use the “shake for screenshots feature”
I think the tweaking cabs you are talking about are more for people that not comfortable with editing there own registry or change between the setting so often that a .cab would be a faster way to do the edit.
For e.g I switch between blocking data and allowing data so often in one day, a cab switch to do that is better for me, rather than manually changing settings which would take to long.
