cheng, 25 Mar 2010hi i am facing a problem in htc hd2. wn i am sending sms to... moreyou have to install 1.66 ROM from HTC. that sms bug is in the older ROMs.
or you can try the hotfix on the htc site, with your old ROM and see if that helps.

Hopefully this will help you = Open the Contacts
click on menu, select FILTER then select DEVICE contacts and you shall see only phone contacts, if you want sim only then select SIM contacts. The phone normally set's default as ALL (both sim and device).

hi i am facing a problem in htc hd2. wn i am sending sms to other mobile number it will take so much time to deliver.but receiving is not a problem. any one can tell me how to solve this problem?

Opera 2. google maps 3. music playe... moreHi Anthony, you were saying that you can run all of the 13 progs/applications at the same time without your phone lagging badly? I am also using the HTC official rom 1.66 but when i tried to run only a few progs/apps concurrently, e.g listening to music on winmo player and surfing the net using opera, I can already feel the lag. I had tried re-installing all the progs that i had installed on my device to my SD card and do frequent RAM cleanups using cleanRam but the situation did not improve. I also have the habit of touching the top of the screen to see new notifications/battery life but i realised it has been taking very long to go into that page. I had thought of changing to a cooked ROM as the hidden ram will be unlocked but i'm unsure about this. Please advice, thanks and God bless!

ZazoO, 25 Mar 2010i ask about winmo 7 on HD2 ???It want come from MS officially, but we need to see if HTC will make it available??? I think there will be a business version of WM7 to come... What's going to be available first is the consumer version of WM7 (what you see now)... Before WM7 info was released, there was talk of a Multi media version and a Business version.... So time will tell.. We're about 6-8 months away from WM7 devices hitting the market.... I did email HTC support about WM7 and they told me it's up to them to make it available, and all the info coming about the HD2 was from MS not HTC. They (HTC) said WM7 is not releases yet and it's up to them to release it for the HD2 or not... So we have to wait and see what happens... Until then the only WM7 theme's and UI's are being developed right now. You can google that to try the themes... Also we will have to wait to see if Xda or HTCPedia developers will have WM7 ROM's available for the HD2... Also they may have Android ROM's coming for HD2 as well???? We just have to wait an see..........................

Hi all,
just wondering..is HTC going to release a new official ROM soon, was interested in the Miri v9 ROM with base ROM 2.XX, so i flash my phone with it, loved the graphics change the ereader tab..etc...after hours of installing back my apps..and restoring my contacts...tried making a call..couldnt hear a thing...and the phone freezes after that...i had to soft reset over and over again..eventually...flashed back my official 1.66 ROM.
Downloaded an ereader CAB, doesnt seem to work.
Back to my initial question..is a ROM upgrade official from HTC with 2.XX coming any time soon?
Love to know!!!
any ideas regarding the miri ROM v9 would also be welcome!!!
