Hi guys,I have 2 questions please 1- what time is the real battery life,and 2- if I put skype on this phone can I make scype videocall or no? If somebody can help me I will be happy Thanks!

Krai, 25 Feb 2010Thank 4 ur help.Do u use task switcher??can i use start key... moreWindow mobile lets you multi-task the task switcher works and look just like pressing Alt+Tab on a XP PC (all it lets you do is switch between multiple opened programs fast.
A task manager does much more.
Its like pressing ALT+Ctrl+Delete on a PC you will
See…
Running apps & Processes
Able to close them
Able to switch between them
See memory used.
See CPU usage.
(Not all people want to see all that. They just want to switch between programs)

I use the task switcher and also loaded default Task manager to my quick links

2) HD2 has a Proximity Sensor
3) HD2 has a capacitive screen so it is very responsive some people think it is too responsive.

Hey guys and gals. I found this nice weather app (for only $5.00)... It gives you the Sense weather feel in other UI's like Spb Shell... When U use the Spb UI U don't get the Sense weather, but now you can with this weather app. I use Spb Shell UI after work and wanted weather app... Try the pro version for 15 days (the pro version has other options like 7 day forcast, etc.)... It's only $5 bucks for pro version... Here's the link:

The phone is fully customizable to the way you want it... I have three UI's on my HD2 (Touch Flo 3D, Spb Mobile Shell, and Titanium (WM6.5.X)). I can switch btwn the three anytime I want without problems. I use Sense UI during the day at work, and use Spb Shell at home (play).... I still have the Sense weather with a weather app I found (for only $5.00). It rivals Sense weather..... So to sum it up, you cannot go wrong with the HD2. Or you can wait for WM7 this holiday season, but you want be able to customize the phone like the HD2...... So the choice is yours??????????

Hi,

I've currently got a Touch Diamond, the first version, and its great in concept however really lacking as a phone and I'm wondering if these have been sorted out in the newer phones

Little things have proved really frustrating
1) Takes an age to answer a call, sometime missing the call
2) no proximity unlike the iPhone so you can end a call with your ear mid conversation
3) Really unresponsive, click on something and it does not happen, end up clicking over and over again.

Trying to decide on whether to stick with HTC or move away, I'd really miss windows if I moved away.

Any feedback will be gratefully received

Nicholas, 25 Feb 2010oh its ok. once it is done you can tell me the result. ThanksI let my battery die in work today and charged the phone from the USB port on the monitor.
It took 3 hours to charge with the phone off.
Next time it dies I try to charge from the wall, it should take less time.
I also found a batter test from HTC. when I get time to do it, I will give my results.

Guys. here the nice cab for u to easily toggle On/Off Bluetooth, WiFi ,Data and soft reset . After install the cab, just past the icon on manila shot cut. enjoy ^_^ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=601203

when you press it for 3 sec it pops up and look just like "Alt+Tab" on a "XP PC"

I you want to be able to close programs that are running without having to go in long menus. Put the task manager on the quick link or load a task manager to the task bar.
You can also install a task switcher that is also a task manager to the “answer Key” which is activated when you hold it for 3 sec. (this last option I find don’t look as good.)

Hi everyone that have experient from use this phone.i wonder about its mutitask.i check old post but dont see what i wanna know.Does it have fucntion or trick 2 switch between 1 app to other app?like NOKIA S60,when i press n hold menu key i will see alot app that i not yet close.thank 4 ur help

Found these COOL icons for the HD2 (WM6.5). Tried to get them to work, but I'm not that technical I guess. The site said it's a way to make them your main icons instead of the default ones in WM. Tried, but couldn't get them to be my main icons for all my UI's (Sense, Spb Shell, etc)... I changed some seperatly, but they didn't flow through all UI's. They chaged in the start menu, but when you select them for icons in Sense some show and some doesn't... Can some try these icons if you like them and post set by set for ME, and the rest of us on HOW to do it????????? Here's the link:

the minimum spec microsoft gave at the lunch for 7 is... most have capacitive screen, start, search & back keys. that is all, so where did you get your info from?

there is no point In me assuming what you will and will not be able to do with 7 because microsoft has a history of promising things and then don't deliver.
