PS, 24 Feb 2010hi everyone! could anyone of u help me with the following ... moreTry DVD Catalyst 3. I'm using that program, and it converts the dvd to my HD2 specs for movies. Have no problems playing on my HD2 or OMII. The program converts DVD to Mp4 file for viewing on the HD2. It's not free, but it's worth it.......

Since they're giving info at the Mix, tells me the HD2 will get the WM7 update, but to what degree???? You don't wait to Mix to say the HD2 is not getting the update, you would say that now.... I think the HD2 will get the Business version of WM7... Other devices coming out at the end of this year and next will get the full WM7 update (Xbox live, Zune, etc.).....

An absolute worthless phone:
1. Battery sucks I mean sucks will last only for 8hours of usage compared to my previous Nokia E90 lasted 36hours.
2. No Blackberry connect
3. why cant I open password protected files even though it is running windows mobile , quickoffice for symbian phones could open these.
4. would not reccomend heavy users to buy this phone.

hello HD2 users, just a quick question
The real buzz with the HD2 is obviously about the speed and usability of the hd2 with regards to the modding available with it, but what im interested in is whether you will all be adopting the new winmo 7 platform (provided it becomes available for the HD2)
you'll lose the option to customise this beast and it will slow down due to the more demanding OS, but you'll gain some nice new fancy graphical interface.
what's the verdict?

I went one step further and tested my albums one by one instead and finally identified the corrupted album. The strange thing is, i had previously tried removing all the albums except for one, which is the uncorrupted one, but AudioManager still crashes. this leads me to thinking whether corrupted files can 'corrupt' your AudioManager as well? Also, I had previously run corrupt mp3 scanners but they did not show the corrupted album as problematic. Are there any other ways of repairing this damaged mp3 files without having to delete them? Thanks alot! :)

hi everyone!
could anyone of u help me with the following issues?
-I just installed the coreplayer program on my hd2, and I used a converter program to convert a dvd movie to a avi file so that I can play it via the coreplayer. After the conversion, I played it but it frequent got stuck with a POP up message "Player:Buffer size is too small for this media. Try increase it in player preference dialog for better playback!(0107)." Then I tried to config it following the instructed message, but yet it still usolved. Could u help me with this? -m not so good at technology, could u recommend a better conversion program with high quality to better play in this device? hopefully Anthony, high tech or anyone kindly give me a response soon. Couple of questions :
1.Do you know if we can get HD2 accessories from non-UK websites
2.I managed to install the hotfix for the "pink" pic issue , from HTC India site. That didn't fix the problem. Anything else you would suggest ?
Note - I managed to glance the 200+ pages of opinions before asking you this. If it happens to duplicate...I'm really sorry !!

I was flashing the energy ROM with cookie home tab but the radio isnt updating to 2.08 . now the phone is stuck at the htc logo. reflashed it twice but cant find a solution . can u tell me if i am doing something wrong here .
there are 3 files in a folder that i downloaded for energy ROM build 21892.
1)leocustomRUU
2) leoIMG.nbh
3)RUU_signed .nbh ( this is the radio i extracted)
- i right clicked and ran the leocustomRUU as " administrator " and the flashing began .
- but after it was done the phone rebotted , installed some cabs and rebooted again and got stuck at the green htc logo .
- when it rebooted after flashing i saw the radio was 2.05 in the first line at the bottom of the screen .
now why isnt the radio automatically updating . what do i do now the phone is stuck on the htc logo ??
