My phone’s (HD2) Free storage capacity is going down. Last week the free Storage was showing 30.00 MB, at the moment it is only 17.01 MB. I do surf a lot with this device but not saving anything in the device (photos and videos are saving in SD Card). Nothing is running in the task manager (I end all the application from the Task Manager).
Is there any temporary internet files running in this phone? How this storage capacity is going down? Please advise. Thanks, Rahil

What I'm saying is that it's so close to impossible, you might as well say it is.

I was the proud owner of one. This work of beauty is but a member of a dying breed of quality phones. A phone whose glory days might be over but still lives on with all the work done on it.
If anything, just don't treat it roughly, it's a little fragile really. I damaged the microUSB connector and apparently the PCB after using too much force to insert it (at that time, I faced the issue of the slanted connector).
I'm contemplating buying another one to replace the SGSII I bought to replace it.
Great phone, on par with just about anything on the market now.

The screen is made up in 3 layers.
The glass
The Digitizer
The LCD Display
You can buy the LCD only for about $37US (not recommended)
Or you can buy the entire assembly for about $60US
Don’t try to install it your self because it requires micro soldering and changing of gaskets to protect the new LCD from getting condensation/ water damage. Better have a professional repair center change it.
Or just have HTC do the replacement

what about the screen quality.. i have found some white patches on the screen in the backgroung... i have tried several settings regarding the issue. but unable to fix it.. changed several wallpapers.

DCIM>100MEDIA
Just connect your phone to the MAC using the USB cable and pick Disk Drive mode. That will give you access to the SD as if it was a flash drive.

But you can have it on you HD2 if you install Android as a dualboot or your main OS

I see that the display is just 65K colors, if I upgrade to Android 4 or Window phone 7, can it be 16M colors as the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 does? Thanks a lot for replying me

Have a prob here with my phone. the short cuts on my home screen, the bottom scrolling one is nt displayng completely. it seems like it has gone dwn n i can see only a small part of those icons on the screen.
hw to fix it. i jus tried to uninstall cookies home tab, still same.
