New-bees to cooked ROMs.. just remember cooked roms are a work in progress and the makers of them are always tweaking them/updating them to make them better.
So once you start using a cooked rom it’s like what they say about a can of Pringles
“Once you pop, you just can’t stop” lol
So don’t think you will just flash one cooked rom and have it all.
To see the improvements you will have to flash the new cooked roms when they come out.
And for this phone is they a coming out often.

Well if you have, the same can be said about changing roms. I gave you one way that i think is best for your situation. Now it’s up to you to take it or leave it. The other ways you may have read that i gave other people where best for their situation and other factors.
Moving on.....
Seeing that you do not have Microsoft Outlook. You don’t have to setup “Windows Mobile Device Center” because most, if not all the settings in it is for syncing with outlook. So all you really need Windows Mobile Device Center for is for the drivers that your PC use to talk to your phone.
And it does that in the background so you don’t even have to open the program.
I will say it again...
YOU DONT HAVE TO OPEN THE W.M.D.C. IN ORDER TO CONNECT IN SYNC MODE.
One you can see your phone internal memory & memory card from the PC you are connected in sync mode.
Moving on once again...
You don’t have outlook, which is where the phone would keep your contacts, task, calendar info on your PC .
But you can still backup your Contacts, calendar, tasks, sms, favourites, photos, videos, music and documents that are on you internal memory to the internet by setting up a “MyPhone” account.
The “Microsoft My Phone” program is in the start menu of the phone.
The reason you would want to do this is... after you put on the new rom you can use your “MyPhone” account to put the above-mentioned info back on to the phone.

The "XT9" of this qwerty learn the words you type that are not in the dictionary
And the next time you start typing that word it will come up in the list.
1. When the green high light is on a word you want to use, pressing the space bar will enter it for you.
2. It is possible to edit, delete and add words to the custom dictionary.
The program to do this is called "eT9MyWords" and it is in the Windows folder of this phone. Just make a shortcut to it in the start menu folder.

You can use that to turn off
"save messages sent"
Let me know if it works because I keep all my text, so I never used it for that.

Can anyone help with this. I have just installed FtouchSL on my phone so I can scroll on my Pocket Esword app but once I activate it, it paralyses the scrolling function on the Sense UI. Can anyone help with this ?????

Anthony remenber that comment that you sayed that you would explain the meaning of HSPL becaus you didnt had the time? and you where saying to check the previous opinions? so i went to search on opinions for HSPL and i saw so manny things about it
like saying that you need to change names of files, putting in a xpecific folder, do this do that i thats why i was thinking that i would need to do all this different stuff.
aperently i was wrong lol
ps: i do not have microsoft outlook lol so give me the 2 stps to do and tomorrow is my day off. so i wont go to sleep until i get them right loool =D
