I ask if anybody knows how can i instal the programs i download from opera mobile from HTC HD2 web browser on the memory card becouse i don`t find any option to do this and it seems so caveman feature not to be possible to do this in this hi-tech smartphone...after all is winmo 6.5....not windows 95.

BTW i like the big screen but lack of sec. camera holding me from purchase and want to for another big screen mobile with sec camera. Fring is going to bring soon use of sec. camera as it has done for symbain N97.

ROM’s have drivers in them for your hardware. This phone does not have iPhone hardware in it. And iPhone rom does not have drivers for this phone.
What you can do is get a cooked rom for this phone that has iPhone looking interface or a skin program that has iphone looking interface.
I will never do that to my phone because i think the iPhone is lame and that would be downgrading my phone and why would i want to do that?

use the trial first.
After you download, read the Bluetooth setup.txt and the readme.txt

I have some trouble with the alarm clock. The problem is it wont play any sound or music. I try to set it the usual way and it works but there is no sound... Can someone help me or tell me how to fix this issue?

can we put send via Bluethooth option in SMS send option?
I need this option coz my FIAT PUNTO BLUE&ME SMS reader is not working coz HTC HD2 has no option to send SMS via Bluethooth.

good point anthony give the cooks some time to fix all available issues and we can talk later by the way i might have found a way to make graphics drivers work without the need of turning it on :) i will test it more by checking the games that require the graphic driver made in xda. After that it will be easier to implement the changes :)

This phone making me little crazy. I bought this phone (unlocked) in singapore and everything is in english. My ROM version is 1.48.707.2......i went to htc website, see no rom update if i put singapore as country and in UK site...they have rom update also.
What is this ROM version all about????

Liverpool, 17 Jan 2010yes i did see the list but for a biginer like me is abit co... moreDidn’t your phone come with 1.43.404.1 Dutch rom and you went to the HTC site and updated your rom to what you have now which is 1.48.404.2?
If that is what you did, the file you downloaded is the backup of your official rom you want to keep in a safe place.
If you want to do the rom change just let me know and make up your mind to follow instructions to the “T”.
