Google nexus beat HD2 in every w... morei got the google nexus today . been using the htc for 15 days .
The display is better on the nexus no doubt but the camera on hd2 is better even with the pink tint issue !!!
when it comes to mutitasking the hd2 is the best .
the hd2 is a complete phone , all 3rd party applications load perfectly no issues so far .
initially i was bored of the hd2 interface but am slowly realising how wonderful this phone is .
and this is my 1st winmo .!!!
none of the 3rd party apps i ve loaded have given me any probs so far .. for eg on the nexus , skype does not work !!! on the iphone skype crashes and also on the nokia e72 . but on hd 2 its fantastic .!!!

Google nexus beat HD2 in every way except the size of screen. HD2 has bigger screen.
1) Bigger RAM
2) Bigger Battery
3) Better OS & apps

Thanks for your support to everyone it's really appreciated ,my question is about HD tweaks as I saw your talking about . How to download it ? from where ?Cuz Ican't open MMS also bluetooth is not appear for others although it's on appear mode for everyone

I dont know if I am doing anything wrong but my battery charge - stand-by mode-does not last even 8 hours. I bought the phone in Kuwait just a week ago and the battery is a big disapointment. Also, it will not recognise many bluetooth wireless headphones Apart from that it is an excellent phone.

Just installed S2U2 lock screen. How do I get the HTC lock screen not to come up? Want to use S2U2 as primary lock screen??? When I press the end key the S2U2 lock screen comes up which I want, but when I go to Start and lock, HTC lock screen comes up?????

Or the one under Office mobile in the start menu? Because they are all access points to your calendar info but to varying levels of detail.
So you can pick between speed entry/view or detail entries that take more time to enter.
And have the choice is what makes it nice for the on the go business person.
So i really would like to know, in your opinion which one is a waste of time and why?

htc wont upgrade hd2 to windows 7. example is touch HD itself. It did not get free 6.5 upgrade. coocked ROMS 6.5 had bugs .
HTC makes hd2 users to purchase theirs another new model with windows 7.coocked ROMS of windows 7 for hd2 Will be having many bugs or may not work well due to hardware limitations.
better wait for few months Oct or Nov 2010. for new model from HTC with windows 7 .

Do I think it was a bad buy? No
If I could change any thing about it, I would get rid of the 5 keys at the bottom and put it back like how the first HD was.

Hi, I really like this phone but before I get it I need to confirm a few things...
Is it worth buying?
Can the battery last for a whole day with web surfing and browsing through the phone?
Does this phone really has a lot of malfuntion?
Note: Users who are using HTC HD2 or used it before please give your suggestion.

When you pick a password please don’t forget it.
I don’t know who it works but not even flashing a new rom on the phone and reinstalling remote track will get the password off so you can get back in the program.
and you have to get in the program if you want to change the password.
So please please please don’t forget the password you set.

Why I still use HD teak is because
When you block data with BsB tweaks it blocks your mms as well.
With HD tweak I can turn off the net which is WAP for me but leave the MMS active.
HD tweak lets me edit my bluetooth bitpool and samplerate, which I want to do because I use bluetooth stereo headset for music.
The rest of tweaking I do from BsB tweaks.
To Auto rotate I use ChangeScreen because I find the Auto Rotate in BsB tweaks is for beginners (to limited for me)
