it def wont be less than 30000 when lanched in india. this forum is for hd2 not for nexus. so ill stop taking about it now.

It was ... morei tried bsb tweaks 1.6 and i still had to enter the same setting several times in order for it to register. which is really annoying since that means multiple restarts. also it slowed down my phone alot. can anyone confirm?
no worries abt hd tweak. i just had to try it anyway. i ended up cleaning my phone from any unwanted progs and settings (uninstalling a tweak prog doesnt reset ur settings unfirtunately).

High Tech, 06 Jan 2010Just installed S2U2 lock screen. How do I get the HTC lock ... moreI can tell you of my settings and experience with S2U2 and you can take it from there.
1. You have to use BsB tweaks to disables the auto lock so the windows lock will not turn on as soon as the screen goes off.
2. The lock key in the start menu is for the windows lock not S2U2 you only disable the auto lock not the lock it self.
3. To disable the windows lock you have to do that from in sectary under settings (but I would not do that if I were you.) that lock is used if you want to hook your phone to your PC in sync mode.
4. If you want a lock icon for S2U2 on your home quick tab look for S2U2.
Here is how I set my S2U2 settings it could be of some help to you.
a. Download the one for the wvga/vga screen not the qvga or your settings will be small and hard to press. (new version out 2.24)
Under General
Turn on “lock when device wakes up” I kept the rest off.
Under Power
I have ever thing off (let wm control the power settings)
Under Information
Set the clock how you like
Next alarm info “on”
Task Count “Active”
Unread MMS “on”
Today’s Weather “option 7”
Owner information “on”
Digital battery “on”
Under Appointment
No. of… “6”
Appointment… days “30”
Show all day… “on”
Appointment line “on”
… Alignment “ center”
“option 2”
“Option2”
Under phone
Every thing is off (I like the HD2 phone)
Under wallpaper
Find your files and pick one.
Full-screen battery “always”
… on top of wallpaper “on”
Under appearance
Text shadow “glow”
Under S2P
All off because I don’t have s2p installed.
The rest I left as is.
b. in wm security I set the lock with key to activate only after the screen is off for an hour.
Note: I did not use the key lock in S2U2 just the slide lock.
And you have to remember to disable the auto lock with bsb tweaks (use the new verion)
Hope this helps and if you try th add on packs for s2u2 let me know what you think of them.

It was really made the HD and not the HD2 so all the things in it will not work
That is why I use both HD Tweak and BsB Tweaks
I only use the HD Tweak to tweak my bluetooth and my data settings (it has more options)
I can’t say what from the rest will or will not work.

For users of BsB tweaks...
There is a new version out with some added tweaks
and it seems to accept your change on the first try instead of having to do it over and over till it keep you settings change like the old one.
New version is 1.6
Note: I still think the auto rotate in it is for beginners

vish, 06 Jan 2010got the nexus from the US for 32000. i have one more u want ?Again you lied ,vish ,Nexus 1 was released Just less than 24 Hrs ago .Even if by Air route It cant reach within 24 Hrs from US to India.

Joaquim, 06 Jan 2010I dont know if I am doing anything wrong but my battery cha... moresomethings wrong with ur phone dude. thats not normal at all. i talk alot on the phone, listen to music, watch movies (coreplayer), have msn on all day (wasted alot of battery trust me) have emails set to "as items arrive", read pdfs and STILL get a full day off this thing. try draining ur battery fully 3 tines in a row and recharging. 8 hous on standby is not normal. standby should easily give u more than 2 days.

i noticed a considerable slowdown using bsb tweak. i decided to try hd tweak but it bricked my phone for some reason. then i hardresetted and only used changescreen and it is absolutely wonderful! now my device is back to being smooth and zippy with screen rotation in every program! (i agree, bsbtweak rotation blows)

just found out something new today . don't know if its only with my handset only
when i use swype as the default keyboard sms fail to reach the receipient . when i switch back to the htc keypad its all good .

Please let ... moreThanks Anthony.I did the test as you suggested.There is no effect. I used a needle to to confirm that there is no plastic over the glass. The defect seems to be problem with the display, but its remains even if its switched off.Any way I decided to take this to the dealer and I shall let you know about it.

vish, 06 Jan 2010install bsb tweak s its has an option to disable the htc lockOnly thing I see is Auto Lock (on/off). Set to off, but HTC Lock still happens when I do it from the start menu lock.
