I just read on GSM Arena an article about WinMo 7 in which it was stated that "WinMo devices won't rely on accelerometers, but instead they will use their front facing cameras to detect movement"
How is that gonna work with the HD2 once upgraded to winmo 7??

Anurag_INDIA, 03 Jan 2010first of all, a very warm thanks to Mr. Anthony, for helpin... moreHTC HD2 over the Samsung OmniaHD
and here is the reason better CPU better RAM and more 3rd party support from programers.
and as we all know... as time goes on demands on the CPU & RAM increase by new programs. a smart phone may not come with a feature you like. but you can install that with 3rd party apps/drivers. but hardware is something you can't change. so get the best hardware your money can buy.

Anurag_INDIA, 03 Jan 2010thank u Jain sahib, tell me that does it comes unlocked or ... moreI bought it unlocked directly from HTC dealer. There is nothing locked in India as such. I have said my comments earlier. It is a fabulous machine. Get latest 4 updates from HTC website & download mobile software and keep the phone updated with hotfixes like any other computer upgradation. It is a beauty to be handled with care!!!

first of all, a very warm thanks to Mr. Anthony, for helping all the people our here..thank u sir...
i often read your comments on all the issues on almost all the phones.
Sir 30 to 35 thousand rupees means a lot for me. I want to buy a PDA, i like HTC HD2 and Samsung OmniaHD..
my choice is that the PDA should be having almost all multimedia and basic useful features..but atmost a very handy, smart and complete machine, without a much big problem that i can't solve..
So dear sir suggest me the right choice sir, Samsung costs me 25000/- and HTC costs 38000/- indian rupees.
Help me to find the best sir,
thanking u in anticipation.
regards

After using the JasJar for almost 4 years, I bought the HD2 phone yesterday.I was used to the QWERTY keyboard to such an extent that I dint even think of switching over to an another phone unless I saw this one... Believe me, you dont need a keyboard with this phone and neither do you need a stylus.
