ediwitch, 29 Nov 2009 can you help me to explain how to put an icon of task mana... moreanother question : when you are listening to a radio for example, and you get a phone call, can you talk with your earpieces ? where is the microphone in this case???...or you have to take out the phone from your pocket and talk to it ?? I am very interested to know this.

Does anyone know how to do the hack to change the icon of the program in the start menu? Some of my program icons where not made for a screen this big and look ugly as hell. I want to use my own icons

Found a way to get the "task Manager" back on the Home screen. I put it as one of the 9 shortcuts.
No more going to "Settings""other""task Manager"
It does not look as nice as the “task manager” on the Touch HD but it does the trick.
Also found “solitare” and “bubbleBreaker” hiding on the phone.

Anthony, 28 Nov 2009Keep in mind that if you are in Colorado USA you will only ... morethank you for ur time, i have t-mobile and i never use 3 g, i have WLAN in my restaurant so 3 g is useless for me, i only use this phone for web browsing, i dont need video calls with the front camera. Camera is not very important for me, i have sony handy HDR-XR500 12mp and full HD 120 gb storage(1260 dollars). I spend 1930 dollars for my sony vaio L series all in one desktop last month($100 rebate back).
And btw, where country and city u live now Anthony?

In footprints camera and the normal video and still camera go in there settings and put them to save to the card by default.
A matter of fact, go in the settings of all your programs that have a save function and set it to save to the card by default.
e.g. ms word, email and so on.

there is a file explore on the phone or if you setup active sync on your PC just put the phone in sync mode and it will come up in your "My Computer" and from there you can do the same thing.
Note- if you were using media player to sync music to the phone that is a waste of time on this phone.
Just Drag and drop the tracks on the memory card any where you want to keep them, when the phone is connected to the PC in drive mode or sync mode. The player in sense UI will find it anywhere on the memory Card and sort it by the tags. (Make shore all tags have correct info or use a tag editor to fix it.)
You can even make your own play list right in the sense UI music player. Forget windows media player on your PC and the phone (big waste of time.)

smnoorifard, 28 Nov 2009dear k2!!!! from 10 days ego i have a hd2.\,but in some of... morehi,unfortunatly more of users this handset hd2 have abig problem in iran so no coverage network in al ot of zone in serious proviance irans.and u can use oziexplorerce for get a gps better.i test it and very fast and prefect.but who is solved my problem with no coverage network.htc or customer service department?

As for how much i paid back in October.. It was going for £439 and i had a return customer discount because i got my HD there as well so i paid £429 the same as what it is going for now. I’m not in the US and shipped with DHL so my shipping will be different to yours. I also took the screen protector because the phone is not coming with one.

just wanted to say as a phone addict i think have tried hundreds of phones and i have to say that the iphone despite what a lot of people say about is an excellent phone with its amazing interface and applications. I have tried many many touch screen phones but nothing came close till i tried the htc hd2. I have to say with its big screen which is a plus so one can enjoy the effects and emails and its interface and use of applications in my opinion it is the first phone that i rank more superior than the iphone. Its ease in use superb services puts the samsung i8000 omnia 2 to shame. i would rank my top 3 favorite phones as htc 9.5 (only because no secondary camera) iphone 8.5 and the blackberry bold at 7.5

still have my nokia e71 and n86 now, one reason for me to get this one phone-4.3 largest capacitive screen size with 1ghz cpu.Just placed my order from clove.uk.com with a car charger for my htc hd2, cost me 755.12 dollars with shipping. i live in colorado and hope to get it within a week. last time i bought a htc hd from plemix.com (cost me $680 in July) and sold it out ($450) in September after 2 months i bought it. hope this time i can keep my htc hd2 a little bit longer. lol

hi, guys i got mine (hd2) a week ago , great phone , the camera is ok , but i have some issues with the speaker (front speaker), some voices sound distorted, even when its set to low volume , have any of you had this problem ?

and how is the battery of the hd2 now? Can it last for a day with normal use? like web browsing (2 hours), texting, etc? anyone please help. :)
