it depends on the pink spot density that you have in your phone. some people have very dark pink spot, in this case it will reduce it to minimum that you may not even notice it but it will not remove it completely.
but in case that you have light pink spot, it will be removed completely

in general, it does really help.. many people had tried it and said its worked for them

      Engineer, 27 Nov 2009guys I found the solution for the pink spot in htc hd 2 cam... moreTried and it helps the picture quality......Will keep and wait for HTC to update with hotfix (Hopefully SOON).....Here's the steps:

      try to do the followings:

      1-open the camera
      2-then setting
      3-then Advanced
      4-then image properties
      5-set the Contrast on 2
      6-and set the Saturation on 2

            hi to all.today 29/11/2009 but no solved network htc hd2 problem in iran. maybe no match radio version hd2 with net work bts iranians.how is way for help us?htc can make a radio version better for iran or not at all?plz help htc customer service for faster solved this problem for us.plz help us plz help us plz help us

                this phone is good.man .but whats there in this phone that has made its cost too high.plz suggest whether i should keep on using my 5530 and 5800 or should i buy ..n900 or htc hd2.samsung omnia hd is another option.plz tell quickly.anyone.thanks alot

                  how do i get my contacts from my WinXP / Office Outlook 2007 to my HD2? ActiveSync has copied my calendar entries over to my handset, but it ignores the much needed contact details i want! Any ideas how i can sort this?

                      I like the “Torch Button” program
                      And “MyMobiler” is nice as well.
                      MikeW.. you wanted to see your PC screen from the phone, well “MyMobiler” lets you see the phone screen and operate the phone from your PC through ActiveSync. (i connect to activesync using Bluetooth)

                          once I saw the review of the HTC HD2 I was hooked. Finally a phone with the screen size to match my PSP. Plus all the other bells and whistles. I am an avid Windows Mobile user so I was a little disappointed that once in the states, the HD2 will not be running WM on the Verizon version (Passion). However, that's just my own lack of experience or change. After reading a bunch of reviews, it sounds like not having WM OS will be a plus. Found web site that confirmed that. Just don't have link to site on this computer. Will post link later when I get to my laptop............

Google the software (though I doubt you'll find it), and you can buy the hardware. Try to buy a compatible one (though again I cant help but doubt that you'll find it).
