I’m trying to get BoxWave to make a FlexiSkin for it as soon as possible. Because if I could, I would buy the skin in time for when I get the phone.
I’m ruff on cell phones and that skin worked great on my HD. I was able to get £300 for my HD when I sold it, because it was in such good condition.
Could you place a product request for the flexiSkin for the HTC HD2 on their web site? Here is the link

Why you did not buy it from clove to get the better price? you would have gotten it in the 2nd batch that they are getting on Nov 24th (only two weeks later)

I see Rogers is an authorised Dealer Stores in Canada so I don’t think he had to pay for the new phone if the old one went bad after 3 days. That’s why ill never buy a phone of ebay or someone that just have a few to sell at a good price.

Bharpreet_India, 02 Nov 2009I confirmed with DHL , the import duty on cell phone would ... moredude..you are scaring me out..so now the total costs including 7% of credit card , 30% of import duty and clove price tag combined takes the amount to Rs 48500/-
this is not good news for indian fans!!! htc must do something!!

Just ordered my HD2 today!!!! Spent alittle more than I wanted. Site I ordered from said shipping on Nov. 11th. Should have by Nov. 13th..... Wish I had ordered from Clove. Would've saved a few bucks. Cannot wait to get phone......

I dont know about this phone, but I already sort of gave up on HTC (taiwan)I recently just got a HTC Dream...First day, the factory reset doesnt work...2nd day the touch screen doesnt work...third day the USB wont connect, aka IT DOESNT WORK! just got the phone for 3 days and already had to contact rogers to fix it..>.> took me a week to get another phone...AND it was my FIRST HTC phone...

Other than that it is a west of time.
Damage screen insurance is the only thing I think is a good thing. The phone has no real moving parts in it, so the weakest thing in it would be the screen and as you can see most of the front of the phone is the screen. HTC does not use cheap parts so it is not likely the CPU or memory will go bad. It does not use a hard drive like Iphone so you don’t have to worry about drive failure. And if you damage the rest of the outer shell it will cost less than the insurance to buy and replace it yourself when parts start selling online. The battery is also user removable so if that goes bad it will cost less than the insurance to replace it yourself.
