its a great phone to use very easy operating system........not at all any confusen...........yap problem in bluetooth.....must improve in that part......othwewise overall i like the .....im using it since its launced time and still had faced not a single problem......so give 4.5 stars

Though it was a good phone until it crashed!!! Not compatible with most applications and even syncing with my outlook was a problem. Disappointed

I think it's a great device! Love the way it syncs with all ur social media! Overall 4 stars

That is another disadvantage of HTC HD7. So you can only use internet for sharing informations. My advice to you is to sell that phone as sonn as you can and get another one. That is before his price went completely down.

lyn_bmy, 05 Sep 2012How to off internet connection?currently i've ever use htc ... moreyou need to go to settings->cellular->Data connection and from there you select off. and your credit will be safe. except i dno t know how it s going with your htc hd7 about the restart.mine during the weekends just restart itself and keep telling me that my storage device is damage. i had this phone now for 7 months and it will be great telephone if it didn t do that. but it sucks when it starts doing so.

Its good slim phone but software problem, I cant use Camera I need software for my HTC HD7.
than i can tell the operation of HTC good or satisfactory.

Great phone using for around 1 year but pathetic services. Gave to service center to update the windows and took 50 days to get back and finally without updation. Took pain to give back to service centre as power key was not functioning, again took more than a month to get back. At last faced same problem in a week time ( now the volume controls with power key) not working asked service centre to repair again after 20 days told me that problem is with screen and estimated an expense of 15000/-.
So a big NO for services and rest on risk.
Bluetooth is again a problem.
No to go for HTC phones.

this is a garbage device updates make the phone lock up and reset on its own when u try to do anything ...txt data any thing some times it resets and locks at htc logo i must remove battery and even then sometimes it willnot even turn on after any update this phone has major problems never regretted getting a phone like i do this one
