I have had this phone for 3 months but i don't know how does it connect to computer with usb yet , and i also don't know how does it blutooth something , and nobody does either

There nothing you can change on Windows 7. The phone itself is nice but the system is awful. HD2 Is a very nice phone with Windows 6.5 that works perfecly. Lot of settings and everyone knows it's good to be able to tune your phone. I just love it.

how to get the application frm market place?in our place i cant download even one games through market place.it says couldnt connect.is there any solution.it will be greatful. thank u

When i bought this phone and paid around 600$ i told myself its a windows phone give it time, Microsoft will do its utmost for improvements, and now after 6 month nothing changed; you see new phones like the HTC EVO 3d, sensation and with the i phone 4 and blackberry i feel with this phone am still in the stone age, its predecessor the hd2 has better specification in its time than the WP HD7. The market place is crap, it doesn't have usable software or even games in comparison with the android, and believe i downloaded much software and maybe all games and then deleted them, they are crap........... they brought the XBOX games and believe they are crap specially when you check the android games; and trying to transfer your contacts from any other phone to the HD7 is like finding a solution to world hunger, and blue-tooth should be called no tooth. Dear users HD7 have some Pros to be fair but its Cons exceeds its Pros by miles, that's why i don't advice anyone to buy windows HD 7, Microsoft is going commercial on this phone and improvements will take much time until they introduce the windows 7.5 and by this they would have screwed all windows 7 phone bearers, try other HTC phones since i am a real fan of HTC or NOKIA, as for i phone am not a fan.

this phone has a good design,sleek look and good screen ,the problem though, is with the bluetooth, the inability to have customised ringing tones, having to use zune only to transfer files. Microsoft improved on some features but failed to continue with the most basic features of a smartphone.i hope there will be updates for the above mentioned are especially the ringtones coz the available ones are trash.

PLS, help me how can i do???? if i cant upgrade OS of my HD7, now available version is 7.0.7392.0 (relased on Feb. 2011) and my HD7's version is 7.0.7004.0. when i do upgrade with Zune it say error( and show error code is 801811A8 ).... HOW CAN I DO?

Hi, please help, i am vision impaired, and have just purchased my phone, an looking for speech software. I have read that its available for 6.5 windows, but not yet available on 7. Is there an application that i can download, or any suggestions - thanks for assistance - Harry

If you want better battery life please deactivate bluetooth and wifi when not using. Also deactivate push-email gues that's the function to automatically sync the phone with email service, you can check mail manually(in my point of view). Also if you don;t use 3g service go to 2g, it will help you preserving battery life as the 3g service drains a lot of bettery power. Dimm ur display brightness when you can. So much for now.
ps. If you have more accounts active on phone (more services as yahoo, msn, gmail) deactivate push email as i said earyler because this drains a lot of battery.

Hi all, Does anyone test HD2 and HD7, I know HD7 run win7 and HD2 win6.5,don't care about windows,as i heard that u can run win7 or 6.5 on HD2/HD7.
My question is: which one is better to buy HD2,or HD7
as HD2 had micro SD that allow you to put change memory, but with less colors,video quality for screen.
but some people says that HD2 is better performance (on the same windows version), please your replays.
