Go to: Settings-About Phone-System software updates
It would show Scheduled check option,tick it and then tap "check now"
It would show if there are any updates available and then you just have to follow the instructions..

By reset,you mean factory reset or Hard reset...?

So, the voting polls still say this phone is better than the iphone 4, btw the Hero runs faster due to its lower cpu demanding operating system (android), it also has flash for websites. Therefore (due to other specs as well, that have not been mentioned) this is better than the iphone 3gs and just about a match for the iphone 4.

I got my hero updated from 1.5 to 2.1 from HTC service center. 2.1 has better features than 1.5 and very easy to use.

Hi every one...i am having a problem regarding the google account...
Whenever I try to sign in my Google account,it comes up with the error "Can't Establish Reiable Data Connection to the server"
Further details of the error:-
"This could be a temporary problem or your phone may not be provisioned for data services.If it continues,call Customer care"
Now this cant be a temporary problem because I have been trying to sign in for several days now and still the problem occurs...
Anybody with a solution???
