one of the finest set i have ever seen...
yes there is a bit camera problem ,like no flash..but it can be overlook on other options.. My Android Rocks

i bought htc hero today, i didn't put a sim card inside and i connected to wifi,, i opened the android-market widget and when i try to install apps it dosn't work,, how to deal with this problem please?

hellraiser, 24 May 2010HTC hero does not support file transfer via bluetoothit does support with the roms ported by XDA dev team and villiain team, i'm using the android 2.1 from them it works pretty nice. i can send anything from since 2 month now i got the phone. google it

this phone is quite good buh da bad thing is bluetooth doesnt wrk n o2 doesnt support itz manufecturer so u cnt use net if ure wiv o2 (pay-as-u-go) :)

the only bright spot for the htc's andoid devices is the availability of xda developers,, coz htc is treating their costumers like garbage and they r behaving like htc is 10 year old, not 10 months! it took htc ages to announce a 2.1 eclair in june and u shouldn't dream about a 2.2 froyo! i will wait for the 2.1 eclair and then wait for a decent 2.2 from the xda community, and htc should be 100% sure that i won'tmake a fool of myself and buy another over-priced device of their!

come here to get info and just the same news about updatesmmtell me if i am wrong but they were gonig to update my hero last june/august,,thats nearly a year ago..Android is all over the place i cannot settle with it ..plus the market is to long to find out,,if you dont know the specific title you cannot find stuff or it could take you a week plus how can you buy a device and not know whether its out of date next week cause it cant be updated etc..I think androids going to fail and thats just round my area opinions,,and htc is going to have to get in with some camera firm to get it multimedia up to date and what about equalisers and so on..
My opinion is htc seem to want you to update your fone INSTEAD of them updating your device,,WELL i am not doing that for starters so going back to symbian or trying bada which i also think will fail..

HTC should design new phone line: HTC Delay! :D
Android suck becouse it's not generic.. we have to wait for phone producer to send us update.. it's not funny..
If you want have updated phone, buy IPhone, you just know that you receive something.. :/
