Be sure you follow the instructions to the latter:..
These are the procedures to install the 3.2 super fast rom on your htc hero

Its very self expalanatory but before u follow the procedures on this page look up the ''how to root your htc hero jn one click'' link on the same page...this involves installing flashrec.apk and Amon RA's hero recovery image...
watch the video but read the instructions and follow it to the latter...
After this is done go back to the initial page and download the ROM,watch the video and follow the written instructions to the latter...this is so THA BOMB...hola if u need me...

Hi all, just installed the 3.2 Rom from modaco...its so bad ass....running all apps n my hero is still faster than an ifone 3gs...if u Wana knw more ,hola back...

How... moreHi khalid, to transfer media files just connect ur hero to ur pc via the usb cable,slide down the notification bar and click the usb connected tab followed by the mount tab..wit dis ur mem card is show on ur pc as a flash...copy all media files straight into ur mem card and its done...disconnect ur fone and dats all...hola

This phone is not problem to read pdf file. HTC provide a software to read pdf initially. The office file can download three party software from Market. I try to load a 4MB .doc file.No any problem. Compare the speed, Window mobile is not same level of android.

Open a googlemail acount, import all your callendar and contact details from outlook (says its easy), sync with gmail, and hopefully.. bobs your aunt. I am told that the android software makes syncing with gmail simple and easy.. let me know if it works..

Hi All, I have the HTC Hero from Orange on trial for a few days. Have read some of the comment son here very helpful! Wanted to know if I have the best Firmware available at the moment for Orange? In settings it currently reads. Firmware version 1.5, Build number 2.73.61.5 146733, Software version 1.0.0.A6288. Is this the best at the moment. Thanks for any advice. Cheers
