Steve all you have to do is go on a computer.... Gmail.com and it would ask if you forgot you password and username. If you forgot either it would send it out to you on the secondary email address that you put up before it got onto the main screen. Just remember that email.. If you dnt remember. you only other choice is to contact HTC and tell them you need to reboot, then thats when you would have to do a new email and you loose all your contacts and applications.

i locked my fone accedentaly due to too many pattern attempts.it is now asking for my google email address which i have tried but to no avail.sorry but i don,t know any other methods to unlock my htc hero.any suggestions please...thanks.

well i think the hero is amazin...i dunno bout the 3gs but heros interface and market and browser are great...the only problem is that at school the connection to the internet is really slow on 3 mobile...i would recommend the phone for sure but if ur from northern ireland get it on orange cause the internet speeds are wayyy faster

Hi i have 2 question
1 is there a way to put a lock on your msg, i know this can be done on samsung,if not is there an app which can do this.
2 cuz the hero has 7 screens is there a way to have 7 different backgrounds

I just bought the phone. And I lost the Mic. SD card. Is the Micro SD card size 8GB. were there any programs loaded on the card that I lost or is it possible to JUST buy another 8GB and use (i assume this size since I have another HTC with 8GB card). Please help folks!

Guys; i am unable to use MMS. it doesnt work may be setting problem. my operator Mobilink Pakistan cant support on this as they say setting are there but 2 APN cannot be selected at one time. can anyone please help
