Mixton, 26 Feb 2013After update the latest system firmware it become lag like ... moreHave you updated to ICS? Do a factory reset after backing up your data. It should resolve the issue.

Hi all,
I just received a small update from HTC (using manual software update) which updated the "Personalize" application. Kindly check and let me know what all changes have come in because of this update.
For those who don't know what I am talking about ... Goto Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update >> Check for Update.

Nouman, 20 Feb 2013how download ICS HI guys ,i found the solution for ICS lag problem for this phone, go to settings >developer options>background process limit> select no background processes. check force GPU rendering ,and window animation scale and transition animation scale> select animation off.that ll make the phone normal without any lag.

Bought this Phone as an "upgrade". The Camera is amazing, its the perfect size and weight. Now I have had it just under a year and it won't charge, at first I had to wrap the cord around the phone. Now won't charge at all. I Really like the phone, but quite upset with quality. I was going to try a Samsung next but still have faith in HTC so we'll see

hello everybdy..i need ur help plzz i m from Pakistan..i bought dis phn n upgraded it to 2.3.5 its also upgradeable to 4.0 n notifies me daily to upgrade but m not doing it as m confused..plzz guide me shud i upgrade it to 4.0 or not..will it raise any prob wid the phn or make it slow or it will work properly lyk now...plzz help me out thnk u...

worst phone within 6 month display problems repaired than sound problems than after exactly after 13 months its motherboard gone and I was using it with lots of care. now its dead as for repairing I had to pay 10k .

If you want to play soccer and use the phone at the same time then get a legacy radio. Things fall apart. I have this for over 2 years now.Same phone, same battery and it gives me around 18 hours of use with heavy duty.

Had this phone for 2 years now. Battery started to go and it turned out it was the phone not the battery, sent it in, came back good as new and will last over a day now. Still does anything and everything all new phones seem to do. Cant see a reason to update to new phone. great phone

after about 2 years of using this peace of crap, I would say I M done using HTC phones, Why?
It breaks from the inside out.
1- first problem touch screen stopped responding correctly after six months of use, sent the unit to repair, its fine but the touch screen now showing symptoms stopping again.
2- USB charging port stopped working, when plugged in the notification light indicates charging but the its not, buttery keeps on discharging. sent it to repair once now its back again.
3- after up date to ICS the phone become very slow, HTC always say to Fix the problem do a master rest, hell whats wrong with them. I wont lose all my apps and data.
4- very poor battery life.
5- phone reception very poor.
6- no software updates to jelly beans.
7- this phone is dead.
PLEEAAASSSS never ever buy this phone, Buy a Samsung its much more reliable.

My HTC phone up and quit on me after 13 months of very gentle use. This was 1 month past warranty so the company would not even take it back to look at it. I am not the only one this has happened to . Do NOT get and HTC phone.

Jay, 27 Jan 2013my phone usually freeze, until i restart it over and over..... moreI would suggest to use "Android Assistant" from Google PlayStore and clean your cache and system cache. It works wonders to speed up my Incredible S. :P Do let us know if you still face any issue.
