htc lover, 19 Dec 2010hello! i have a question and its a genuine request to plz ... moreMy Magic is running CyanogenMod 6.1, which is built from Android 2.2.1, and will probably have Android 2.3 soon. LOVE the phone and LOVE the freedom of flashing new ROMs as they come out. Don't let "rooting" or "bricking" put you off, it's very easy to do and I've never had to return a phone in my life so who cares about the warrant, anyway? ;-) Seriously though, if it has a factory defect you can reflash stock ROM or if it's properly broken they won't be able to tell which ROM you had on anyway.
