As for heating up, yes she does that from time to time, max temp hit shows 40.9, usually stays around 25-30, right now as its charging its at 27, never caused me any slow down or anything just slight concern but my old iPhones would do the same thing based on what I was doing, no big deal

It sits beneath the chamfere... moreI have a One beside me, upgraded last friday so when I flip it over as I just did now to make sure Im not stupid and fell the back, you tell me how its recessed, becasue Im felling it flush from the back, I do not claim to be a HTC genius where as this is my first HTC but I do have the ability to simply run my finger along the back.

U see,HTC one is made by aluminium body,it means that the heat feature is more than other plastic body's.but it's ok.no problem with that. Go for one. U will like it.it's the best phone ever.

The HTC One is the BEST phone I have ever used. I've had numerous smartphones since I first got one.
The camera is the best camera I have ever seen in a phone. The pictures it takes in low light are great and the ones taken with proper lighting are amazing! If you are a shutterbug or love having a quality camera with you at all times, I highly recommend this phone.
The speakers on this phone blow away the sound quality on any phone, ever. Having two front facing, stereo speakers equipped with Beats audio is awesome. I can listen to music or videos pretty much anywhere and I am still able to hear everything crisply and clearly.
Let me tell you, videos and pictures have never looked better on a smart phone. With a full HD 1080p screen, your eyes will thank you for days and days.
I find Android phones relatively easy to use but with Sense 5, the experience just becomes insanely easy and awesome. Setting up Blink Feed and the HTC TV functions are super easy as well and they're easy to use.
This phone is the sexiest phone you've ever seen. The all metal construction is awesome and beautiful.
In summary, this phone is awesome and I highly recommend it.

HTC One (m7) 1st Impression - Landed in my lap 12 hrs ago, few short calls with absolute clarity, Listening few tracks through on board speakers, again clarity is excellent, played Temple Run 2 for 4 levels with no lag ... in summary HQ Phone with JB 4.1.2, does not have not-so-useful frills of Galaxy S4, still manages a curve out in someone's mind & heart who loves to play with gizmo, no rating as such ... let's spend some more time to aquitted better

I've been to HTC concept store yesterday to check out the HTC One. Superb display and audio. Camera is good but I haven't check it in low light since the store is well lit. I opened sounds, video, camera w/ zoe and I feel a slightly heat under the camera.
Most of us wished to have the Black HTC One but when I see it, I've seen that Silver is sexier. Silver always looks neat and clean while the Black is just gorgeous on the front but the back is a mess with fingerprints which is annoying for a beautiful phone. Stealth Black should be Ip68 so you can always clean it in water.
I've decided to buy this phone as soon as the 64gb is available.
P.S. I've seen a girl w/ a Samsung GS3 today, (no offense since this is HTC thread) and while browsing facebook I've noticed lags and delays in scrolling up and down. S3 has quad core inside and I hope HTC One and S4 will not be the same.

4MP it is but technology is ultra pixel its a awesome picture quality,the sensor size are big that y 4mp ultra pixel=15MP its tested trust me this is the best camera Phone r8 now great HTC ONE.

In the end if you dont want a case then it is what it is, do not have the phone protected it will get damaged in the end im sure its a pretty simple concept. Otterbox commuer is the way to go.

googly, 27 May 2013only 4MP primary camera? is it correct?my understanding is that they've done something different to make the pixels take in more light so that even though it's 4mp it's no longer on the same scale as the cameras that the other companies use. it seems like it's on par with the 13mp samsung uses (though samsung's photo quality looks a bit better based on comparisons you can find online)
