googly, 27 May 2013only 4MP primary camera? is it correct?Yep Dude but It's pixels use bigger ones compared to other smartphones. They are 2 microns versus 1.3 microns. The result is that it catches 300 light more and better low light camera quality.

Anonymous, 27 May 2013I recently bought the HTC One and I'm really disappointed w... moreYou say " and apparently to download apps such as Solitaire, you need to give permission for them to access all your phone calls! Wish I'd gone with an iPhone or stuck with my reliable old Blackberry" Ya no kidding it accesses your phone calls in case your playing the game and a call comes in, you need to understand permissions before getting parinoid, and heres a new flash all phones require permissions its just the iPhone and others dont tell you what they are when you download things due to it all being filed under the user aggrement so do you want to know what apps will have access to and understand why or just click download and not know, get a grip man.

4MP but it is Ultrapixel, check out some of the example pictures, they are the best in low light. For good light conditions you get a fairly good 4MP camera.

googly, 27 May 2013only 4MP primary camera? is it correct?Yes, because HTC uses new approach called Ultrapixels. It's not just about pixels but it's about the light you can get into each pixel. Here is a picture I have take with my One

Just had my HTC One and it's simply great, I wont be exaggerating if I said this is the best phone I had my hands on since ever. The phone is simply stunning it's a beast with great specs yet wrapped up in a sexy design. The phone has an amazing screen with 469 pixels per inch and that outperforms any other screen on any other device out there, the sound can't be described in any other word than BOOM Sound, when you hear you'll just get stunned by how a mobile device can have such load yet very clear sound and I mean it "loud yet very CLEAR". All this combined with a powerful processor and 2GBs of RAM with a good battery life and an aluminum body this phone is simply the best. The new camera approach is HTC has taken and called Ultrapixels is really smart, it's not the pixels which matters in the image but it's the amount of light each pixel can take. My camera shoots wonderful photos no matter how is the light. You really can't go wrong with this phone you are a winner.

I used my S4 previously and now I gave it off and got this mighty beast, and boy should i tell you about the gadget, its an awesome one.. First i was a little hesitant when my dealer had informed me about the availability, I was in a dilemma to go for it or not, but then took all my courage to give away my one month old s4 and get this one.. the phone actually gives a feel that yes you own a costly phone in your hands, the build, the grip of this phone is much better in comparison to S4, and this phone actually makes you stand unique in crowd, but the s4 is a replica of s3, the screen being slightly bigger. I lastly used HTC wildfire and that was the last ever phone i thought i would ever be using on the HTC, but this phone completely changed my mind! I was always with an opinion tht the sound quality sucked in HTC and so did the battery life, but believe it or not, am amazed to see such a wonderful sound quality, from the speakers and the headphone as well! the phone battery life is much better in comparison to the Samsung's battery life! The touch response is excellent! I seriously feel this would be the last ever phone am changing at this frequency!

Love the design, love the feature.
Everything is great, no lag, smooth operation, fast internet surfing, great battery life, crystal clear n bright slcd3 display with great viewing angle, great sound with beats audio loud speaker, less heating issue compare to other brands, its aluminium design give a great feeling on hands, better camera performance after the FW update, i love zoe functions very much and very useful.

                                      Cons :-
                                      1. I hv none to comments accept for the 4mpx ultra pixel performance is average but that is not a big issue for me.

are you sure your complaints are handset issues and not Android issues?? where is the rolling eyes emoticon when you need it...

i you are not just writing negative comments for the sake of showing your hate to the brand like many do which is an unfortunate thing...
