send the phone back to flipkart & ask for a replacement phone , there must have been some problem in few handsets unfortuantely youve got one them , bought 6 htc one e8s among freinds no one has faced any issue.

Tap an item at the bottom of the Viewfinder screen, and then drag its slider up or down to adjust the setting.
When done, tap to show or hide the manual settings.
Tap to take a photo.
Tip: You can save your customized settings as a new camera mode

I purchased HTC One E8 from Flipkart yesterday .Calls are getting dropped very frequently . I called flipkart and raised a complaint . Camera quality is not as I expected .
Is this model is a failure one or the product is failure ? Shall I go for replacement for the same model or shall I opt for refund and buy different model. Please suggest .

Airtel is the only one... moreI read ur comment as I was planning to go for htc one E8, n I m confused between this one n HTC desire 816, however d issue is , I never had an airtel sim but at my present location only airtel provides 3g n I perforced had to take airtel however my present phone HTC v one initially accepted d sim for few days but then it's been months it doesn't recognise d sim any more , n fails to register , may it b on 3g or otherwise ...while sims have no problem in my other Nokia or Samsung phone , so m I facing d same problem as u r , coz airtel ppl changed my sim on complaint but then it still didn't help ... Wat to do ....or sud I contact HTC support , pls guide

Does anyone know how to install google services on this phone? I bought it two days ago but it's HTC E8 originaly made but for the chinese market. everything works great so far, but i am not able to install Google play or google + on it. Should i root it? If so, does anyone know how?

Hello friends. I had completely made my mind about buying this phone. But camera is my priority and it seems from reviews that its average compared to other flagships. Lte is also a key feature I would like to have as its a premium phone. I'm no sammy/sony fan but then is the cam really not good enough for me to change my decision to buy E8?

It seems to me that here at gsmarena they are downplaying this device as it is one of the best devices yet they don't name it as competion in review of other similarly speced device
