5 minutes alone with this phone is all it takes to get addicted. Amazing screen with epic speakers and a solid metal construction make this the best smartphone by a mile.

The z was a total disaster. Worst screen, battery and camera. It had nothing good about it except specifications. That was the day I stopped looking at specifications. Z1 only upped the specs. The camera was still terrible, screen was still washed out and the device was huge for a 5 incher.
Z2 was a definite improvement. The screen is finally palatable. But the camera software still s*cks. You have a 21 MP camera and you can't use it. All the modes and effects are available at 8MP. Plus the phone had heating problems. And the phone is still huge and the ergonomics make it hard to hold it in hand.
The z3 can be good. But they first need to make screens good. Acc. To me, HTCs displays are the only LCDs i like. They seem so contrasty and crisp. Snapdragon 801 is good enough for 1080p. Anyway 805 isn't that great.
Iphones prove it every year that specs don't matter. Z3 has the exact same specs as z2 but the same specs can do wonders if used properly.
My current opinion about z3 is NULL. If they change the screen and camera. I'm all for them.

I think Samsung's design department has done a good job this time. My sister looking forward to buy a new phone and I recommended her the Galaxy Alpha. Its price is quite high at the moment, she will buy it when the price goes down.
What do you think about the Z3. It will have a same s801 processor, that's going to be a big fail I guess.

I have used many smartphone... moreIt's not only for HTC, Samsung also having a hard time in this year. There sales have been shrinking and they are hoping to layoff some employees also.
Yeah, I also least care about the phone cameras. I'm using a Canon 60D for photography, but everyone doesn't use DSLR cameras. Therefore, phone camera is their primary camera.
Let's keep a hope for the next year.

Dear All Smart Phone lovers,
I have used many smartphone in my life. I love smart phones. I always change my phone at least once a year.
I have used Samsung Note 2, Samsung Note 3, Samsung S4, Samsung S5, LG G2, LG G3. Now I am using HTC Desire 616 and HTC ONE M8.
For me every smartphones have their own advantages compare to others as well as their own disadvantages.
For me, NOW, HTC ONE M8 is still the best. THIS IS PURELY MY OWN OPINION. It has a boomsound which for me is the best since i love listening to music all the time and sometimes videos and utube. HTC ONE M8 is elegence by look. Solid and firm in holding with left and right hand. fast in browsing.
1 thing I dont like is that the baterai is only 2600. Thats why I always bring my PowerBank around me all the time coz for a day, I have at least use the powerbank once to charge my phone. Camera, for me is okay. I am not a profesional fotographer, thats why for me the camera of HTC ONE M8 is okay. but maybe HTC should up grade a little bit to compete with other brands.
Besides the baterai, everything is perfect.
I wonder why HTC has low selling point compare to SAMSUNG, LG, even China products such as LENOVO and OPPO.
Thanks again for everyone. THIS IS PURE MY OWN OPINION. I LOVE SMARTPHONES. I LOVE HTC ONE M8.

What is all the Bitch about the HTC M8 One?? Unless you are a Professional Photographer the M8 Camera is as good as any I have used including the S5,Note3 etc,i bought it to use as a phone and for the Speed and the Speaker Clarity.

Even a little kid knows that cameras on recent HTC flagship phones are terrible. It's just a past, nothing can change now. The most unforgivable thing is, HTC made the same mistake two in a row. There is a new HTC phablet phone has to come near soon. Let's hope at least it will have a better camera, but I don't think so. Then let's keep a hope for the next year HTC flagship phone.

Dear All,
I have been using this phone for over a month now . Previously I was using iPhone for one year and note 2 was my last android phone .
Now people have been posting lot of negative reviews about the camera quality. Pls check it once more is my suggestion . Now comes the low light performance of the camera anyone can go on instagram and find out the HTC M8 picture quality and u will stop complaining(checkout the 3d effect u will freak out )
The build quality no one can say anything.
Call quality is excellent .
And one top of it no lag no hang and no autoshut down like all the other android devices
And lastly bettery life goes on and on .I am a heavy user and my working hours are long and this phone clearly surpasses 9-10 hours with medium to heavy usage .

First telling you that I know all about the ùltrapixel tech and related matters.
So let's find out, dies resolution matter???
1. It allows you to zoom in more while maintaining clarity.
2. It allows to crop photos.
3. It gives more details to work with and viewing on high resolution monitors.
4. It allows to use super sampling in videos and record 4k videos.
5. You can enable super sampling and get some perfect lower resolution shots.
I guess these advantages clearly outweight the only advantage of a lower resolution sensor, better low light performance.
Okm now let's consider this phone's camera and ignore the details and megapixel. What you guys assume is that this is a perfect camera beside that. But that's plain wrong.
1. Firstly, the lens used is an insanely cheap one and hence results in edge softness and chromatic aberration. Also purple fringing is apparent. Plus the outer lens is prone to scratches.
2. Secondly, the dynamic range is very very low. Couple that with a bad HDR algorithm and you really get over or under exposed images.
3. The exposure settings are very bad. It uses spot exposure which adjusts the whole scene according to the point in focus rather than for the whole scene.
This is a great phone crippled by the camera. I've used the camera of this one a lot and couldn't find anything to like in it except the bright low light photos and the really fast camera.

Perfect phone i ever use, with the boom sound speaker and amzing 5 inch display make this m8 perfect.
