The worst thing about this new m8's new UI sence6.on screen hlome button eats up a lot of screen space.. htc must think about it it gives only 5" screen and home button occupies 10% of it..and place wr htc brand written just waste of place..its a big phone with small screen

I currently have Iphone 5; Note 3; S4; Q10, S5 and now M8. Before I bought the M8 I used my Q10 for all my calls and emails. I loved the keyboard and the BB hub. I used the Iphone5 only for music; I used the note 3 mostly for capturing pictures and reading news. I used to have Lumia but abandoned it because I could not set up my corporate outlook mails. I think the M8 is better than the galaxy s5 and note 3. I just dont like the online keyboard of M8. It is too small and I keep hitting the wrong letters; same issues with galaxy but not so much with Iphone. If I have to let go all my phones the one I will keep is Q10 followed by M8 then Iphone. Galaxy is good but have too many things I dont need.

First of all, this is my first ever post to gsmarena since i started to visit it, almost 8 years maybe.
This is the first phone that made me share my opinions about it.
After having bad experiences with samsung i had shifted to iphone years ago, found my priorities and luxuries satisfied with it.
htc M8 took my attention and i went for it ditching my iphone 5s, and i never knew android could be so much fun and satisfaction can be accheived in everything of it.
The design, build quality, screen, speakers, software fluidness, fast, amazing camera features, good battery life, everything u ever want for daily routines of life.
Ppl who say camera is only 4MP, i ask them that how many times do you capture a photo and enlarger them in hang on ur walls, since i have been using a camera phone i never seen anyone going out and enlarging the photo for something, purpose of phone camera is that its portable and fast, its never for photography use, do u see any professional photographer use phone cameras, and about 4MP of htc, its best for watever reason ppl use phone cameras, facebook twitter instagram etc.
I can rest asure that there isnt a single flaw this phone can be blamed for, just perfect in every sense.
Thanks for reading or ignoring my view, but as a htc m8 lover, it is my duty to clear out ppls misconseptions and confusions.

afzal, 18 Jul 2014i want to buy a phone, which is better samsung galaxy s5 or... moreOFC M8 is better bcs M8 is faster in performance has better low light image quality great sound with those boomsound speakers and wonderful build quality. i droped my m8 into pool water and found after 7 mins and its still works perfect!!!!!

afzal, 18 Jul 2014i want to buy a phone, which is better samsung galaxy s5 or... moreHtc m8 bcoz out all 3 the most overall complete phone...its cam is good enough to compete though not the best out of all 3...but user experience , performance , build quality ,it ranks pretty high....z2 has some overheating and app crashing.. While s5 is good..butsamsung bloateare sloes the phone down...chose wisely...i suggest try all 3 phones in the store..but if ur asking fot a straight answer ..htc m8
