Good phone except the camera...which is good...and definitely not a deal breaker...awesome low light performance...overall better than m7 in all camera departments...the z2 has better camera (daylight and 4k)...but sense 6.0 is just awesome..heavily optimized...battery performance is so good...

Actually i have no complaints for the camera...for normal usage shots the photos are crisp and very good...now the front camera is also better..

Yeah... this phone deserves an average of 8 in the votes. The S5 deserves a 4... Why do you people hate Samsung?

I use my premium unique and super quality aluminum body in my phone every minute and every time I look at it I use the beautiful phone
And every time I work use the great screen
Best loud speakers and best cpu
And more important the quality feeling
That's used every minute
So for a better camera I don't loss them
Also the camera is so much better than last year one
I buy this one it's great

I'm very impressed with the technological advances made by HTC to make this an all metal and glass phone.Their launch presentation really brought out how great this phone is. The mindless puny comments from the plastic brand promoters shows how intimidated they are to have to come over to thisM8 blog and try to belittle this great device on launch day. Who else offers what HTC M8 offers. Free cracked display replacement for 6 months even if it is the owner's fault. The phone is available on launch day.

Why wast... moreWell that's not completely true as the capacitive buttons have moved on screen for sure, but there is still an area under the screen that contains the HTC logo, therefore meaning that wasted space is still there.
