Snapdragon chipsets always suck they hardly bring anything new from the last one same as an s800 just clocked higher which you won't even notice at this point how about some battery life improvements

The phone is good no doubt but they should increase mp of camera because just by using ultra pixels we cannot get Cristal clear pics. And they should increase the ram like sony. So on top is sony xperia z2

hey guyz... actually having more megapixel on your smartphone camera has nothing to do with the photo quality.. its the sensor of the camera and HTC provides better sensor among others.. it provides accurate color and good quality image.. and if you just take photos for FB postings or other networking site, extra pixel doesnt count because FB doesnt allowed higher resolution for uploads and therefore 4mp resolution is enough.. and if you just view photos to a 4"to15" display on smartphones, tablets or laptops screens, again... extra pixel doesn't count unless you regularly view your taken photo to a 40"to 60" full HD Flat screen TV's then that's the time extra pixels matters...or you print your photos on large format sizes like for billboard & tarpaulin or if your into photo just buy DSLR with great lenses if you want best quality pictures... and in terms of UI experience, HTC sense 6.0 has big edge over Samsung's touchwiz who do a lot of crap software features and animation that make lags after long period of usage... and of course, build quality and looks, samsung always do cheap looking designs and cheap on hand units (crap) w/ to much unnecessary features (that's samsung who do those things for the sake of having new innovations-it really sucks)

I'm sure its a great phone but it's ridiculously big. As the screen going bigger and bigger there should be a better management of space. As people knows that Xperia's come with the biggest of bezels but they brings water resistants with it. Even with big bezel and 0.2inch bigger screen Z2 matches the new htc One in length. I love htc but they should understand that 1 man in a million watches movie in a cellphone, so stop putting speakers in the front of your phones. And those speakerphones won't attract any audiophile as they are.simply crap compared to any loudspeakers.

Nice, finally got a memory card slot. Great specs. Why wasting screen space with the capacitive buttons.

wow... this is an amazing phone completely metal body fastest processor, 2gb ram ,ultra pixel camera also too good this htc one m8 again goona get 2014 best andriod smart phone award soon......

htc way of trolling us? i was so much hoping on this one..
my 2yr old S3 has 8mp(listen..) so do my nexus 5.. my note 3 has more like 3times than dis..
now s5or nexus 6 it is...

looks the part but 4mp camera, what a joke. everyone elses packing 13 or 16 mp, HTC having a flop here, other than great specs.
