Tom, 11 Dec 2015Is it i phone 6 better or HTC M8 ??????HTC one m8 has a faster processor and 2 more core than the I phone 6 all the specs seem a little better on the HTC but I say it depends if u like android or ios so I would go with HTC one m8 witch I own and have used for a year no problems

htc one m8 wooooooooow ... i brought many android phones before ... but HTC One 7,8,9 brands is the most powerful android devices compare to other android devices .... but is marshmallow now available in EGYPT or not yet ? and for who downloaded it is there any bugs ?????

I'm using Htc One M8 and it's running android 4.4.2 kitkat. I would like to update my Htc One M8 into android marshmallow. But whenever I tried to check new updates, it's only showing "checking". But nothing is being happened.
So, please let me know that how would I install android 6 in my One M8.

Hardcort, 10 Dec 2015Today is 10th December, and no Update yet in Portugal (europe).Is your phone branded? Does your phone have apps from your cellphone network. Companies like vodafone add their apps to a phone and that is why it takes so long to get an update.
I think it is only unlocked/unbranded phones that are getting the update now.
Tweet htc in your country and also tweet the cellphone network that you use. Ask them when you will receive the update.

hey guys i have advice for you.
are u experiencing any issues after updating your m8 to marshmallow?
you need to do a hard reset.
1. you need to factory reset your device
2. you need to wipe the cache
you will lose all settings and data after this,so backup to your sd card.
i suggest you always do a hard reset after an update. your phone will perform a lot better and you shouldnt experience any problems after doing this.
if you are not sure how to do this then use youtube. search for factory reset m8 and wipe cache m8.it isnt difficult. good luck.

After updating android 6.0 in htc m8 not able to open setting , i am getting this kind of massage

After updating , the screen is more dim in power saving mode , any solution for that? It is dimmer than my M7 ( android 5.02) in the same mode. By the way , my new Antutu v6.0 scores 65458
