I had this phone for about 3 months ! All of a sudden people couldn't hear me when I make phone calls except when I was on the speaker ! I call HTC , they ask me to tap some code into the unit and they told me that one of the mic doesn't work anymore and I have to mail it in ON MY EXPENSE...I took it back to FIDO, and they told me that the unit will be sent in for repairs and it will take about 3 weeks ..
I would like to know WHY HTC DOESN'T STAY BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT LIKE ANY OTHER COMPANY LIKE MACINTOSH OR SAMSUNG ?
When you have a defective unit, they send the customer a empty box to be shipped overnight NOT AT CUSTOMER COST .....In about 2 days they will let you know exactly what is going on with the unit and in about 3 to 5 days either you heave the phone that you sent or a brand new one...All this in about a week, period !!!
It's been a week already...I never heard anything, instead HTC SEND ME A SURVEY , SERIOUSLY ???
What about my phone HTC? WHAT IS GOING ON?

No problemws.. running Lollipop from february. only issue when you write an email sometimes it changes lines on its own and i have to delete in order to have it on same line.. i dont know how to fix this. beside that nothing else. i even worked it with all 16GB full. now i have a 64gb Sd

I have this phone, and I can tell by far, this is the best smartphone I've ever owned and I believe this will stay for a while, the design, features, performance, and quality of built are all amazing, I can't leave this phone or replace it even with the M9, HTC is my fav brand and probably will stay, and M8 specifically is the best of them all.

I own the m8 and i have to say that S6 definetly the fastest phone at the moment but nothing beats the m8 when it comes to day to day use.. really smooth.. htc really does a good job with sense..

Hey guys should I update the HTC camera app & gallery app on play store? I have read some negative reviews about them.so pls suggest me it's good to update or stay with stock.I am on kitKat 4.4.4(HTC one m8)
