Actually, i've just updated HTC Speak, and the issue is gone!
Probably HTC released another update that fixes the camera problem.

I am having problem with camera. The regular camera opens very slow n when I click the pics it takes alot time to capture. Can anyone suggest me any idea to restore the problem.
